DEHP is one kind of synthetic chemical substances, often used as a plasticizer added to the plastic products, in order to increase the flexibility of plastic products. DEHP the physical properties of the colorless basic tasteless, also not easy to evaporate. With the development of the industry, led the phthalate esters material closer than the last century close to our life, living environment and food, drink, and even in medical supplies, we are contact with a variety of phthalates. And oxidative stress response is a widely exists in the body of the basic reaction, its sources, where is very wide also, in a few years gradually became a hot topic. In previous studies we already know that DEHP in allergic asthma in mice is an adjuvant effect. The DEHP can cause oxidative stress reaction, and oxidative stress whether is also the way of the DEHP lead to allergic asthma in mice there is no definite conclusion.In this experiment, the experiment is divided into two groups, namely the saline control group and the OVA sensitization to the control group of sensitization. Among them, the physiological saline contrast of sensitization group is divided into normal saline control group, DEHP infected group and the function of vitamin E alone; OVA sensitization contrast group was divided into OVA sensitization alone, DEHP infected OVA sensitization group, DEHP and the OVA sensitization set by the joint action of vitamin E, vitamin E alone OVA sensitization group, a total of seven group. The whole experimental period, a total of18days, in which the DEHP canister and the role of vitamin E time for14days, sensitization groups at1and11days with OVA sensitization (not sensitization group injected physiological saline), atomization excitation period is4days. To DEHP mice infected in the morning, afternoon to vitamin E lavage to repair. Twice a day after lavage for feeding. Concentration of DEHP infected in this experiment to30mg/kg·d, vitamin E concentration of repair for30mg/kg·d, the control group with saline lavage. OVA sensitization by83.33μgOVA and2.92mgAl(OH)3, the mixture of500mu1in mice abdominal cavity injection mixed with subcutaneous injections of sensitization,200mu of intraperitoneal injection of1,300mu1subcutaneous multi-point injection (5different places) at a time. Atomization excitation is continuous saline solution containing1%OVA atomized30min. After modeling measurement of ROS, GSH, IL-4, IgE and other physiological and biochemical indexes.Experimental results show that:oxidative stress are associated with the incidence of allergic asthma in mice. Oxidative stress increase when the degree of allergic asthma in mice increased, after the antioxidant protection involved in allergic asthma in mice. That oxidative stress is an effective way of DEHP lead to allergic asthma in mice.
