To Observe The Effect Of Jiajian Yulin Soup Which Treats Premature Ovarian Failure (the Syndrome Of Spleen And Kidney Yang Deficiency)and Its Influence To Patients’ Quality Of Life

Objective: To observe the effect of Jiajian Yulin soup which treats premature ovarianfailure (The syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency)and its influence topatients’ quality of life.Methods: By using the nonrandom and noninferiority comparison research method,collect63cases,actually finish63cases.TCM treatment group had42patients withJiajian Yulin soup,the control group of western medicine had21patients withartificial cycle of Progynova and Progesterone.It had two periods of treatment,oneperiod of treatment including3months. Z To observe the general curative effect of thedisease before and after treatment in two groups the effect of TCM symptoms thechange of Follicle-stimulating Hormone FSH and other changes of physical andchemical indicators;=Select SF-36scale and use epidemiological investigation inorder to observe the change of the quality of life before and after treatment in twogroups.Result: The comprehensive curative effect:the effective rate of TCM treatmentgroup was76.19%,the control group of western medicine was38.09%,the two groupshad statistically comparative difference(P<0.05),the Markedly effective rate of TCMtreatment group was38.09%,the Markedly effective rate of the control group ofwestern medicine was19.04%,the two groups had no statistically comparativedifference(P0.05).=The curative effect of traditional Chinese medicinesyndrome:the effective rate of TCM treatment group was71.4%,the control group ofwestern medicine was42.8%,the two groups had statistically comparativedifference(P<0.05).[The curativeeffect of physical and chemical indicators:theeffective rate of TCM treatment group was78.5%,the control group of western medicine was47.6%,the two groups had statistically comparativedifference(P<0.05).The mean value of FSH in TCM treatment group before and aftertreatment had statistically comparative difference(P<0.05);the mean value of FSH inthe control group of western medicine before and after treatment had no statisticallycomparative(P0.05);the numerical value of FSH in two groups before and aftertreatment had no statistically comparative(P0.05).]The improvement ofluteinizing hormone (LH) and estradiol(E2):The mean value of LH in TCM treatmentgroup before and after treatment had statistically comparative difference(P<0.01);themean value of LH in the control group of western medicine before and after treatmenthad no statistically comparative(P0.05):the numerical value of LH in two groupsbefore and after treatment had no statistically comparative(P0.05). Theimprovement of estradiol(E2):The mean value of E2in TCM treatment group beforeand after treatment had statistically comparative difference(P<0.01);the mean value ofE2in the control group of western medicine before and after treatment had nostatistically comparative(P0.05);the numerical value of E2in two groups before andafter treatment had no statistically comparative(P0.05). GThe improvement of thesum of the three paths of uterus:The mean value of the sum of the three paths ofuterus in TCM treatment group before and after treatment had statisticallycomparative difference(P<0.01);the mean value of the sum of the three paths ofuterus in the control group of western medicine before and after treatment had nostatistically comparative(P0.05);the numerical value of the sum of the three pathsof uterus in two groups before and after treatment had no statistically comparative(P0.05).–SF-36scale:The score of the body pain, general health conditions, energyand total score had statistically comparative difference(P<0.05)in TCM treatmentgroup before and after treatment,the rest of dimensionalities had no statisticallycomparative difference P0.05). Follow-up visit:The follow-up visit after the end of treatment,the rate of Menstrual flow in TCM treatment group was higher than thecontrol group of western medicine.Conclusion: Jiajian Yulin soup can obviously improve the symptoms ofamenorrhea,infertility,perimenopausal symptoms which are caused by prematureovarian failure(The syndrome of spleen and kidney Yang deficiency);=It hassignificant effect in the reduction of FSH and LH and the rise of E2levels.Itslong-term clinical effect is better;[It can obviously improve the patient’s quality oflife.
