Clinic Observation On DOR (Spleen And Kidney Deficiency) Which Treated By Modified Yulin Soup

Objectives: To observe and analyze the effect of modified Yulin soup which is used to treat DOR(the syndrome of spleen and kidney deficiency)in improving clinical and reproductive ovarian reserve function.Methods: 42 outpatients in the First Affiliated Hospital of Henan University Of Chinese Medicine from May 2016 to February 2016 met the inclusion criteria of DOR were randomly divided into the treatment group of 21 cases(modified Yulin soup)and the control group in 21 cases(progynova and progesterone).It was observed in two groups before and after three months treatment that symptom scores,and the changes of FSH and AMH.Results:(1)The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group are 85.71%;curative effect of TCM symptoms change are 85.71% and 80.95%;the two groups had no statistically comparative difference(P>0.05)(2)The symptom scores and the level of FSH and AMH of two groups after treated by three months had statistically difference compared before.,but two groups had no statistically comoarative difference(P<0.05).(3)Chinese mcdicine treat ment for most patients with perimenopausal symptoms improved,some patients the symptoms disappeared.Suchas Yaoxisuanrunn,touyunerming,xingyujiantui,shengpifali,busiyinshi.But the recovery law of the menstrual cycle is not satisfactory.Western medicine in the treatment of of patients with most after resumption of regular menstruation cycle,but in the improvement of perimenopausal aymptomsis slightly infeior to the treatment group.Some symptoms had statistically significant between two groups(P<0.05).(4)The treatment group without any adverse reaction,and the control group pgatients 4 cases with breast distending pain,2cases with nausea and 1case with vomit.Conclusion:(1)Modified Yulin soup have the same effect of sex hormone in improving the function of ovarian,such as reduce of clinical symptoms and the elevation of FSH and AMH.(2)Modified Yulin soup have advantange of reducing the clinical symptoms compared to Western medicine.(3)Modified Yulin soup not only improve the function of ovarian but also without side effects.Chinese medicine is a good way to treat DOR.
