Astragalus membranaceus had extensive pharmacological effects, its traditional medicinalpart was the root, with the development of the world’s medical career, demand and the amountof Astragalus increases every year, which brought some pressure to Astragalus Medicinal PlantResources. Astragalus root aboveground production several times, but the quality and efficiencyof the aerial parts of Astragalus has not yet been reported, Quality and efficiency evaluation ofTransgenic astragalus and compound astragalus were unclear. So this experiment, the content ofAstragaloside IV, the content of Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside, antioxidant activity, anti-tumoractivity as the evaluation index, The stems and leaves of Astragalus during different biological,the stems and leaves transgenic E0astragalus, the compound astragalus were evaluated thequality and effectiveness. The results were listed as follow:Firstly, Vegetative growth, the content changes of Astragaloside IV2-year-old and3-year-old stems and leaves Astragalus were0.2301~0.5367,0.2733~0.6150mg·g-1, thecontent changes of Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside were0.1853~0.2940,0.2180~0.3830mg·g-1.Autumn harvest, The content of stems and leaves of Astragalus Astragaloside concentrations arehigher than Astragaloside astragalus root, the content of Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside of3-year-old Astragalus root than2-year-old. Astragalus root Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycosidecontent than stems and leaves, the content calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside of2-year-old Astragalusroot than3-year-old.Secondly, The stems and leaves of Astragalus have some degree of antioxidant capacity, theantioxidant capacity of3-year-old tems and leaves Astragalus stronger than2-year-old. thestems and leaves of Astragalus membranaceus can inhibit the proliferation of human breastcancer cells (MCF-7), and can induce apoptosis. The IC50of2-year-old stems and leaves ofAstragalus water extract of human breast cancer cells (MCF-7): culture48h,72h, respectively624.35,186.54ug·mL-1. The IC50of2-year-old stems and leaves of Astragalus water extract ofhuman breast cancer cells (MCF-7): culture48h,72h, respectively574.21,147.32ug·mL-1.Thirdly, fall harvest, the content of Astragaloside IV and calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside weredifferently on the leaves and stems of transgenic E0Astragalus and non-transgenic Astragalus,the content of Astragaloside IV of stems and leaves of transgenic E0Astragalus non-transgenic4.26times Astragaloside content. the content of Calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside of Non-transgenicAstragalus was2.32times transgenic E0Astragalus.Fourthly, The antioxidant capacity of stems and leaves of transgenic E0Astragalus <the 0results: human breast cancer cells (MCF-7) after48h culture, the water extract of stems andleaves of transgenic E0Astragalus of MCF-7human breast cancer cells significantly inhibited,the stems and leaves of transgenic E0Astragalus compared with non-transgenic Astragalusgroup, the former was stronger than the latter, IC50values:386.25,584.86ug·mL-1, Afterincubation72h, the IC50of transgenic E0Astragalus and non-transgenic Astragalus, respectively90.72ug·mL-1,156.11ug·mL-1.Fifthly, There are obvious differences about content of Astragaloside IV of CompoundAstragalus and Astragalus, respectively0.658,0.863mg·g-1. the content ofcalycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside are also differences, respectively0.519,0.672mg·g-1. the contentof Astragaloside IV and calycosin-7-O-β-D-glycoside of Compound Astragalus root are higherthan the single flavor astragalus root.Sixthly, The antioxidant capacity of compound astragalus water extract was stronger thansingle astragalus, compound Astragalus water extract has strong antioxidant capacity. Antitumoractivity results: Compound Astragalus water extract membrane can inhibit the proliferation ofhuman breast cancer cells (MCF-7), and can induce apoptosis. Compound Astragalus waterextract on human breast cancer cells (MCF-7)50%inhibitory concentration IC50values: culture24h,72h, respectively203.07,49.69ug·mL-1. Single herb Astragalus water extract of humanbreast cancer cells (MCF-7)50%inhibitory concentration IC50values: culture24h,72h,respectively452.65,143.44ug·mL-1.
