| Objective: To analyze retroperitoneal laparoscopic and open surgery these twodifferent surgical resections on adrenal tumors, this paper aims to evaluate the efficacyand safety of the two surgical techniques for adrenal tumor.Method: Collected40adrenal tumor patients of Qinghai provincial people’shospital urology department from May2012to March2014,including20cases carriedon retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery(group A) and20cases carried on opensurgery(group B).Summed up,counted and analyzed related informations such as themean operation time, blood loss,post-operation hospital stay and data before and aftersurgery like pH,Pco2,Hco3-and BE of the two surgical methods(group A,group B).Results: The retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery group and open surgerygroup’s specific values were as follows:the mean operation time were(74.50±8.76)min and (131.90±13.20) min, blood loss were (67.25±33.89) ml and(126.50±48.34)ml,post-operation hospital stay were,(5.55±1.54) days and (10.45±2.11)days,pre-operation pH were (7.42±0.25) and (7.41±0.25),pre-operation Pco2were(36.65±2.11)mmHg and (37.00±2.02)mmHg, pre-operation Hco3-were(25.11±1.50)mmol/l and(24.72±1.16)mmol/l,pre-operation BE were(1.21±1.67)mmol/l and (1.15±1.56)mmol/l,post-operation pH were (7.35±0.19) and(7.40±0.32),post-operation Pco2were (42.20±2.61)mmHg and (38.25±2.63)mmHg,post-operation Hco3-were (23.13±1.16)mmol/l and(23.97±1.40)mmol/l,post-operation BE were (-0.97±1.43)mmol/l and (0.42±1.56)mmol/l.Therewere no significant complications occurred.Conclusion:1.Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery group has obvious advantagescompare with open surgery group at mean operation time, blood loss andpost-operation hospital stay.2.Retroperitoneal laparoscopic surgery on adrenal tumorresection has a certain impact on patients’ blood gas.The monitoring and managmentof the peri-operation should be strengthened,so that changes in blood gas could bemaintained in a normal range, complications could be reduced. |
