| Objective: Medical nutrition therapy is the basis of diabetes treatment. Allpeople with diabetes need to accept diet guidance and medical nutrition therapy. Inorder to help the diabetic patients to better implement the nutritional therapy, weanalyze diabetes nutrition management process based on the demand of doctors andpatients, designed and implemented a set of diabetes medical nutrition managementsystem based on computer programming technology and network technology. Theresearch and development of the system, expect that diabetics can gain a professionalmedical nutritional guidance anytime and anywhere through the Internet and smartphones. To make diabetes medical nutritional guidance is no longer difficult. To makemore people with diabetes can easily accept nutrition treatment. Thereby improvediabetes control success rate.Method: First, we analyze the existing diabetes nutrition management model tofind its disadvantages and shortcomings, follow the basic theory of diabetic nutritionaltherapy. Analyze the needs of doctors and patients in the process of diabetes nutritionmanagement. To make an analysis of the management process system, functionalrequirements analysis, performance requirement analysis, and the system has carriedon the overall structure design, the network model design, the general technical routedesign, database design. According to the Chinese type2diabetes prevention guide(2010edition) and Chinese diabetes medical nutrition therapy guidelines, designmedical nutrition therapy of diabetes related formula and process, through thecomputer programming technology and network technology, using SQL Sever2005asthe database management system, develop a set of simple, practical, life of diabetes medical nutrition management system. Nutrition and diabetes medicine managementsystem has carried on the comprehensive detailed analysis, design, andimplementation. We randomly selected15cases in our follow-up of patients withdiabetes, the three-month trial system and observe the blood sugar, glycosylatedhemoglobin and weight index.Result: Based on diabetic nutritional therapy theory, established a set of simple,intuitive diabetes medical nutrition management system. After3months of trial,15cases with glycosylated hemoglobin dropped by an average of0.4%, average bodymass index fell by0.71kg/m2, average weight fell by1.82kg, preliminary showedthat the system in glycemic control and weight control in patients with diabetes has agood effect.Conclusion: Diabetes medical nutrition management system has solved theproblems of medical nutrition therapy of diabetes is difficult to perform and expectedto save education workers used to guide clinical dietitians and diabetes patients withnutrition therapy time, thus saving a lot of human resources costs. The system inblood sugar control of diabetes mellitus and weight control shows a certain effect. |
