Currently,the medical service industry is experiencing a trend of diversification.With the advancement of Internet technology,"Internet + medical" service is an innovative medical service that incorporates new concepts,ideas,and technologies.It can more efficiently collect medical service resources,decrease medical service costs,increase medical institutions’ visibility,and get tremendous economic and social advantages.Nonetheless,for a particular social medical institution,the mode selection and strategy level determination of "Internet +" business is a challenge that requires indepth investigation.It points out that the construction of "Internet + medical " is a path from scale medical treatment to value medical treatment.With the use of Porter’s Five Forces Model and H Hospital as the research sample,it clearly stated that "Internet + medical" service promotion was necessary for H Hospital based on its environment and competition.Considering the hospital itself and Internet medical situation analysis,using technological maturity cycle theory and SWOT analysis,the feasibility of an "Internet + medical" service in an H hospital is explained in light of the existing condition and development direction of the hospital information service.Moreover,following a thorough review of the self-built model and the third-party platform model of H Hospital’s "Internet +" business,the self-built model is recommended as the operating model for expanding the "Internet +" business of H Hospital.Next,using the theory of Wei-Zhu Six Elements,the optimization measures of "Internet + medical" business model of H Hospital are put forward.From the traditional management mode to the Internet collaborative mode,specifically in the market positioning from common diseases,teenagers,surgery as the main target to expand to join the high-end consumer group,chronic disease group;The business system changes from providing medical services only to patients to providing services to patients,medical institutions,suppliers and other business systems;In terms of resource distribution ability,it extends from a single medical institution to an integrated resource distribution of residents,patients,medical institutions,suppliers and partners.Expand the profit model from medical income to operational service income and other service income;Continue to maintain an asset-light cash flow model,and incorporate the construction funds of the "Internet + medical " into a long-term investment.Truly realize the transformation from traditional medical treatment to value medical treatment in enterprise value.Finally,safeguard measures are put forward to clarify the sustainable road of H Hospital’s integrated development with the Internet.The above can provide a concise and efficient management mode for the future development planning,construction and operation of "Internet +" in social hospitals,and also help to apply 5G information technology,Internet of things and "Internet +" to the next step of medical and health system reform.However,this paper only analyzes the problem from a qualitative perspective,and lacks a quantitative perspective to assign weight to each factor.In addition,with the development of society and the progress of technology,there are certain assumptions,so it has historical limitations.It needs to be further discussed and perfected in future research.
