| objective:Mammary hypertrophy is common in the word. Heat shock protein90αhas beenreported to play an important role in proliferation of cell. this study was to investigateexpressions of hsp90α and analyzed the correlations in Mammary hypertrophy. Methods: the expression and localization of Hsp90α were measured byimmunohistochemistry in40cases of breast disease patients and40cases of primarybreast ptosis patients in breast tissue. Macromastia group as the experimental group, thegroup of unilateral breast volume over600ml, the amount of tissue unilateral resection ofabove300g. Primary breast ptosis group as control group, the control group selectedbreast volume within250-350ml, because the current international recognized normalbreast volume is250-350ml.Specimens of informed consent was obtained from patients,intraoperative5-10g breast tissue as samples for the experiment. The first48hourspecimens were fixed Faure Marin, then the operation knife to remove fat breast tissueattachment. Because heat shock protein as stress proteins, heat effect to prevent electricknife operation of specimens are caused by the effects of the experimental results, we inthe intraoperative specimens are of central core partial resection of the breast tissue, to getaway from the operation incision edge. After48hours of formalin fixed specimens were examined again after are burn marks around, and then paraffin embedded and sections. SPimmunohistochemical detection of experimental group and control group, to observe theHSP90a expression and localization in the two group of different. Results: the expression of Hsp90α in breast breast tissues was87.5%, expression inprimary breast ptosis patients with breast tissues was22.5%. Statistically significantdifferences between the two (p<0.05). Whether breast patients nursing were divided intotwo groups, the results showed that the two groups of HSP90a expression in patients withno significant difference (p>0.05). In accordance with the unilateral breast volume1000ml as the standard, will macromastia patients were divided into two groups, it wasfound that there was no statistically significant difference between the expression ofHSP90a in two groups (p>0.05)Conclusions: the high expression of Hsp90α in macromastia breast tissue, no effect on theexpression of mammalian factors and breast hypertrophy of Hsp90α. Hsp90a in primarybreast ptosis was weakly expresse.Hsp90αmay play important roles in the mammaryhypertrophy tissues. |
