Study On Improvement And Evaluation Of Internal Control In AL Hospital Group

Private hospitals are an important part of health care industry of china. They make agreat contribution on people’s health of our country. In recent years, the government give ahuge support to develop private hospital by releasing preferential policies. And some ofexcellent private hospitals are emerging under the preferential policies. AL hospital group isthe first public company of private hospital in china. The rapid develop of AL hospital isdepend on its wise choice about the field of eyes. And the AL take a unique chain modelduring its expand. Those ways make AL become the biggest company of this filed. As we allknow, public companies put more attention on their internal control in recent years. A goodinternal control is becoming a way to measure an excellent company. As the important role ofprivate hospital in china, we shall make effect to study how to built internal control of privatehospital.In this paper, I evaluate the internal control of AL by using Fuzzy Synthetic EvaluationModel and Index Method. The first part of the paper will introduce some theory aboutinternal control. Then describe the present situation of internal control of AL. In the third partI will set the KPIs about AL hospital based on relevant theory, and invite10experts toevaluate these KPIs. Then set the proportion of KPIs by G1. Then use FSEM to evaluatethese data. In the fourth part, I will use IM to evaluate those data and compare the incomewith FSEM. Then Got the key points and problems of internal control of AL base on thoseanalysis and find the factors which cause those problems we got before.This paper is emphasis on find the key points of internal control of AL. Which aremedical risk control, finance risk control, communication and supervise control. According tothe evaluation, AL hospital has a not bad internal control but still have some problems suchas the chaos of medical waste control, unreasonable cost distribution method and so on. Thenthe paper will give some advice based on those problems.
