Objective: To Analysis the gastric cancer patients and healthy people, gastric cancer before surgery and at one week after surgery, and different pathological stages and different pathological types of peripheral blood T cell subsets (CD3+、CD4+、 CD8+)and NK cell(CD16+CD56+), and to investigate the immune function of the gastric cancer patients and healthy people and and the patients before and after operation, and with different pathological stages and different pathological types。Methods: A, study groups: patients with gastric cancer from August2013to February2014Fujian Provincial Tumor Hospital, diagnosed with abdominal surgical ward5. A total of69cases (40males,29females), aged27-80years, mean age56.9±3.26years old; B, the control group: Fujian Provincial Tumor Hospital medical healthy subjects,35patients, including16males and19females patients, aged19-71years, mean age46.5±5.2years; gastric and health caught exclusion may affect immune function disorders, such as: acute and chronic infections, autoimmune diseases, diabetes, and trauma. Healthy subjects, patients with gastric cancer before surgery and after a week in the morning06:00-08:00fasting venous blood taken on EDTA-2K anticoagulated2ml tubes, sent to the laboratory, detected by flow cytometry in peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, NK (CD16+CD56+) cells expressed levels and analyzed and compared with healthy patients with gastric cancer, and gastric cancer patients before and after surgery and immune function characteristics of different pathological states.Results:1. healthy control peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, NK higher expression levels than patients with gastric cancer, CD8+lower than the patients with gastric cancer, there were statistically significant differences in P (<0.05).2, the peripheral blood of patients after gastric CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, NK expression levels compared with preoperative high, CD8+compared with preoperative low, there were statistically significant differences in P (<0.05).3, I, preoperative stage II gastric carcinoma in peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+, NK expression level III+IV gastric cancer group high, and CD8+lower differences statistically significant P (<0.05);4. Differentiated adenocarcinoma patients with poorly differentiated adenocarcinoma signet ring cell carcinoma++mucinous adenocarcinoma group before comparing preoperative peripheral blood CD3+, CD4+, CD8+, CD4+/CD8+, NK expression levels, no significant difference between the two the difference was not statistically significantConclusion: Gastric cancer patients compared to healthy subjects, in which the body’s immune function is low, patients with gastric cancer after a week in which the body’s immune function has improved compared with the preoperative pathological stage later, the body’s immune function in patients with worse conditions, but the degree of tumor differentiation relationship with the body’s immune function is not obvious. Let us study this subject further understanding of the perioperative patients with gastric cancer status of the body’s immune function, and determine the prognosis and to adopt a comprehensive treatment of gastric cancer based on surgery (surgery, chemotherapy, radiation therapy and biological therapy) provides a theoretical basis.
