There is the old saying that the food is the priority of people and the foundation of the country development. Food safety is not only concerned to people’s health, but also decides weather the country can make steady development. At present, too muchFrequent food safety incidents exposed to the public and make people in a state of uneasy, even suffering from food safety anxiety disorder. The issue of food security has become be concerned by the people of China as well as the world. In face of the loss of ethics and the legal basis of food safety incidents, they let us have a deep reflection on the current food safety issues.The series of food safety incidents show that the shortcoming in food safety supervision in China, The main reason is that the China’s food safety regulatory system is imperfect and the supervisor has not taken full responsibility. Therefore, it is necessary to do this research that can improve the ability of government regulation and the efficiency of the work in order to ensure the health of citizens China’s food safety. The last part gives some sound measures to improve government food regulation, based on the analysis of the cause and reason.On ground of Chinese actual condition, the problems and measures are put forward through the logic analysis of finding and solving problem.
