Based On The Theoretical Air-lift Research Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decoction Effects On The FT₄、TSH Of Serum Of Reflux Esophagitis Rats

Objective:Observation of Xuan Fu Da1Zhe Decoction on reflux esophagitis (RE) effect on serum concentration of TSH and FT4in rat model, clarifies basic disease of RE, and mechanism of action of Daizhe Decoction in the treatment of RE, interpretation of qi movement in reflux esophagitis mechanism, and in guiding the correspondence of prescription and syndrome theory, provides a new theoretical guidance for clinical treatment.Methods:64Wistar rats, conventional adaptive feeding for7days,and were randomly divided into control group, model group, Chinese medicine group, western medicine group,16each; closed abdominal control group received laparotomy, the other group were treated by molding.Molding method using "esophageal and duodenal end to side anastomosis", preoperative fasting24h, but the water. Given10%chloral hydrate anesthetized rats were fixed on the operation panel, the upper abdomen median incision about2cm into the abdominal separating esophagus, cut off from0.3cm to the esophagus; cardia and purse suture’in the stomach, longitudinal cut open0.5cm of duodenal wall, then put the lower esophageal layer and twelve duodenal incision suture anastomosis, then returning the stomach, esophagus, duodenum by the original anatomical position possiblely,at last,suturing abdominal.The four group was given7days after different treatment,observing the esophageal mucosa pathological changes and serum concentration of TSH and FT4in rat model.Results:l.The mortality of the prepared EP of stomach and duodenal juice model through esophagus-duodenum anastomosis, and most of them died from abdominal infection, anastomotic stenosis and ileus.2.The weight of model group rats lighten obviously, and the injury of esophagus mucous membrane under eyes and electron microscope are the most serious, with the highest integral; the pathology integral of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decocton group reduces obviously(P<0.05); the reducing degree of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decoction group is even significant, which has statistical difference (P<0.05)3.Detecting serum concentration of TSH of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decoction and western medicine group enhances obviously and it has statistical difference(P<0.05), and the effect of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decoction are better, which has statistic difference(P<0.05).4.detecting serum concentration of FT4of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decoction and western medicine group enhances obviously and it has statistical difference(P<0.05), and the effect of Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decoction are better, which has statistic difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:Xuan Fu Dai Zhe Decoction by effect of serum TSH, FT4concentration, promote the contraction amplitude and contraction frequency of the esophageal muscle strips and improve vasomotor function of esophageal tissue as well as enhance gastrointestinal peristalsis.
