Objective: Through randomized controlled studies, explo re the clinical research effect of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction combined with PPI and Mosapride in the treatment of biliar y fever and gastric RE,in order to provide more clinical i deas for the clinical treatment of RE.Methods: From October 2018 to February 2020,the collec ted patients in the outpatient department of Gastroenterolo gy(Department of Spleen and Stomach Disease)of Hubei Prov incial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine were select ed to select 84 cases of RE patients with gallbladder heat and stomach syndrome that met the inclusion criteria, accor ding to the random envelope method Divided into reference g roup and research group. The reference group was treated wi th PPI + mosapride(esomeprazole enteric-coated tablets + m osapride),and the study group was treated with Haoqin Qing dan Decoction plus or minus Qingdan Decoction). Both were t reated for 8 weeks and followed up for 1 year.Observe the following indicators of the two groups of patients:(1)TC M symptom score;(2)Digestive endoscopy classification;(3) TCM and western medical effects;(4)Adverse reactions;(5) Follow-up recurrence rate(1 year)(2021)Data collection will be completed in February 2015);(6)Quality of life.C ombined with the observation, comprehensively evaluate the application feasibility of Haoqin Qingdan Decoction combine d with PPI and mosapride.(1)TCM symptom score: before treatment,TCM symptom sc ore of the two groups was similar(P>0.05);after treatment, the symptom score of the study group was lower than that o f the reference group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).(2)Digestive endoscopy grading: before treatment, the endoscopic grading of the two groups was similar(P>0.05);after treatment, the endoscopic grading of the study group was lower than that of the reference group, the difference was significant(P<0.05).(3)After treatment, the total effective rate of tradit ional Chinese medicine and Western medicine in the study gr oup was higher than that in the reference group(95.24% vs75.61%,92.86% vs 70.73%),the difference was significant(P<0.05).(4)There were no obvious adverse reactions, nausea,vo miting, skin rash and allergies in the two groups of patien ts.There were no obvious differences before and after the relevant auxiliary examination and treatment.(5)The recurrence rate of the study group(2.38%)was lower than that of the control group(17.07%)(P<0.05).(6)Before treatment, the scores of each dimension and total score of GQOLI-74 in the two groups were similar(P>0.05);at the last follow-up,the scores of each dimension an d total score of GQOLI-74 in the study group were higher th an those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Western medicine combined with haocen Qingd an Decoction in the treatment of RE can effectively improve the clinical symptoms, esophageal mucosal injury, improve Results:the short-term treatment efficiency, and can ensure the lon g-term effect, reduce the recurrence rate, help patients im prove the long-term quality of life, while not increasing a dverse reactions, which has reliable application value.
