Objective The study of comparison and analysis about the left side of the bypass betweenthe puncture intertribal septum way and the artery retrograde way are lacked. The twokinds of operation can influence the coagulation function. We take the clinical randomizedcontrolled study as research methods. The comparative study of the longitudinal andtransverse about DDIM and TAT is taken. After that, we can comprehensively analysis theeffects on blood coagulation function by two different operations. Methods Seventy-one patients were enrolled in the study. All the patients were confirmedthe tachycardia of left bypass. The patients were random divided into two parts, A and B.Group A used through puncture the intertribal septum. Group B used femoral arteryretrograde way. Antiarrhythmic were out of service more than5half-time before EPS.Blood samples were collected at6different times to measure the D-dimer and thethrombin-antithromb in â…¢ complex by Enzyme-linked Immune SorbentAssay(ELISA):before RFCAã€immediately after EPS and RFCAã€24hã€3dã€7d after RFCA.Resultsâ‘ Either A or B, the plasma levels of D-dimer increased compared thepreoperative and the difference was statistically significant.â‘¡The plasma levels of thethrombin-antithromb in â…¢ complex had a double peak: The first occurred instantly afterRFCA, and the second at three days after. There was significant different within eachgroup though analysis of variance (p<0.05).â‘¢At the same time, the levels of DDIM andTAT were higher in the group of through femoral artery retrograde way from the instantly after RFCA to3days after.â‘£There was no relation between total discharge time, discharge energy and DDIM, TAT.Conclusionâ‘ Radiofrequency ablation can cause molecular markers of prethromboticstate of significant change. The blood was in the high coagulation state which increased therisk of thrombosis.â‘¡The two kinds of operation method can make DDIM be in a longerduration increased within3days. After7days the level was back.â‘¢The two peaks of TATreminded that micro-thrombus formation was mainly due to the targeted vascular injuryand the effect of catheter placement.â‘£According the difference between A and B, we canspeculate that group A was smaller effect on the coagulation system.⑤Accuratepositioning of the intertribal septum puncture location is the key to successful operationand reduces the complications. Predict the location of the bypass before operation, flexiblechoice surgical approach, to avoid their shortcomings, effective use of its advantages. |
