Using The Master GuoYi Guo Ziguang Treatment Based On Syndrome Differentiation Thinking Clinical Study Of The Metabolic Syndrome

Objective:To discuss the clinical efficacy of using MS treat metabolic syndrome in using method of sequential therapy under the guidance of dialectical thinking which belongs to state medical master GuoZiGuang, and providing a clinical basis on Chinese medicine treatment of metabolic syndrome.Methods:Using the clinical trials method of randomized controlled to divid163patients, which belong to the patients who are in hospital and in the patient inclusion criteria during September2012and February2014, into two groups. treatment group(82patients)and comparison group(81patients). Treatment group uses sequential therapy adding MS1,MS2, MS3and MS4on the base of comparison group who is conventional antihypertensive, hypoglycemic, lipid-lowering therapy medicine, and it takes ten days, en days, five days, ten days respectively. both of two groups last35days. Before and after treatment, recording two groups’clinical TCM symptoms curative effect and measuring body weight, waist circumference, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), lipids (triglycerides, total cholesterol, low-density lipoprotein cholesterol, high-density lipoprotein cholesterol) and fasting blood glucose, postprandial blood glucose two hours to observe the changes in each index situation, during the treatment, observating the patients’heart rate, body temperature, blood, urine, The three routine inspection、liver function (ALT, AST), kidney function (CR, BUN)and electrocardiogram to check for abnormalities, and recording adverse events and adverse reactions. all dates were statistically analyzed using SPSS20.0.Results: 1. TCM Therapeutic Evaluation:Treatment group have31cases significant effectively,42cases effectively,10cases ineffectively, the total efficiency of87.95%. Comparsion group have23cases significant effectively,38cases effectively,20cases ineffectively, the total efficiency of75.31%, Treatment group have an advantage than Comparision group in significant efficiency and total efficiency, so MS sequential therapy can significantly improve clinical symptoms with MS and improving quality of life.2.Weight, Body mass index, Waist circumference:Treatment group is statistically significant(P<0.05) by treatment. Comparision group has no significant difference(P>0.05). For treatment group, weight, body mass index and waist circumference have reduced (2.59±2.21)kg,(0.77±0.44),(2.14±0.65)cm, weight control, body mass index, waist circumference have reduced (0.40±0.94)kg,(0.37±0.12),(0.33±0.22)cm. comparing the two groups, the difference have statistically significant (P<0.05). So sequential therapy have a significantly improving on MS patients’weight, body mass index, waist circumference, obesity can improve MS patients.3. Blood pressure(SBP and DBP):By comparing two groups, comparision group ’SBP and DBP have no significant difference (P>0.05), and treatment group they are decreased, the differences have statistically significant(P<0.05). so sequential therapy have a significantly improving on MS patients’blood pressure, especially for hypertension as the main clinical manifestations of MS patients.4. Blood fat:for treatment group, the levels of TC, TG, LDL-C are decreased significantly after treatment, and the difference have a statistically significant (P<0.05). for comparision group, it have no significantly difference (P>0.05). comparing two groups, for treatment group, the level of TG, TC, LDL-C are significantly lower HDL-C level is significantly increased, and the difference is statically significant (P<0.05). so MS sequential therapy has a significantly improving on MS patients’lipid metabolism, and is apply to dyslipidemia as the main clinical manifestations of MS patients.5. blood glucose:Through treatment, both groups of patients’ FBG,2hPG have significantly reduced, and the difference have statistically significant(P<0.05). and the treatment group have a better efficient than comparision group in reducing FBG, so MS sequently therapy have a significantly efficient in reducing blood glucose, and for2diabetes, which is especially the main clinical manifestations.6. The treatment group have no significant toxicity. and three conventional, liver, kidney function, ECG and so on, have no significant difference.Conclusion:1.MS sequential therapy can not only reduce the patients’weight, body mass index, waist, and control blood pressure, improve lipid and glucose metabolism function, but also can significantly improve patients’ syndromes, improve the quality of the patients’life, and is non-toxic side effects, safe and effective, and it is conducive to the medical treatment of metabolic syndrome to explore new ideas and methods, and it should be widely applied.2.
