| Objective:Detect the protein expression of S100A7, Cripto-1and CD34in BLBCcarcinoma and analyze the clinical relationship between S100A7,Cripto-1andBLBC and the connection with CD34markers MVD. Study the function ofS100A7, Cripto-1in BLBC angiogenesis, invasion and metastasis.Methods:Immunohistochemistry(IHC) was used to detect the expression ofS100A7,CR-1and CD34in60cases of basal-like breast cancer,40cases ofnon basal-like breast cancer and20cases of normal breast tissues. The datawere analyzed by using SPSS17.0for windows. Using the Chi-Square Test totheir expression in BLBC; non-BLBC, also to the normal breast tissuecompares between groups. The2microsystem’s inspection were used toanalyse the relevance between S100A7,CR-1expression in BLBC and theclinical and pathological features. The relevance between S100A7,CR-1expression and MVD were analyzed by the T test. All with α=0.05asinspection standard, P <0.05for differences with a statistical significance.Results:The expressions of S100A7were83.33%(50/60),62.50%(25/40) and35.00%(7/20), respectively, in basal-like breast cancer, non basal-like breastcancer and normal breast tissues. There was a significant difference amongthem(P<0.05). There was positive correlation between S100A7and lymphnode metastasis, TNM staging and MVD of basal-like breast cancer patients.There was no significant correlation between S100A7and patient ages andtumor sizes. The expressions of Cripto-1were70.00%(42/60),47.50%(19/40) and20.00%(4/20), respectively, in basal-like breast cancer, nonbasal-like breast cancer and normal breast tissues. There was a significant difference among them(P<0.05). There was positive correlation betweenCripto-1and lymph node metastasis, TNM staging, MVD and tumor sizes ofbasal-like breast cancer patients. There was no significant correlation betweenCripto-1and patient ages. There was positive correlation between Cripto-1and S100A7.CD34labeled basal-like breast cancer MVD value was(60.8716.90)/HPF, more than(41.0011.01)/HPF non basal-like breastcancer group, the T value is4.612,p<0.05.There was a significant differenceamong them(Variance was not neat, for approximate t test). S100A7positivegroup of MVD in basal-like breast cancer organization value was(60.8716.90)/HPF, more than (60.8716.90)/HPF S100A7negativegroup of MVD in basal-like breast cancer organization,the T value is4.612,p<0.05.There was a significant difference among them(Variance wasnot neat, for approximate t test). Cripto-1positive group of MVD inbasal-like breast cancer organization value was(65.5716.90)/HPF, morethan (51.7913.08)/HPF Cripto-1negative group of MVD in basal-likebreast cancer organization, the T value is2.746,p<0.05.There was a significantdifference among them(Variance was not neat, for approximate t test).conclusions:S100A7and CR-1was up-regulated in BLBC, The up-regulation ofS100A7and CR-1expression may be associated with angiogenesis anddevelopment in basal-like breast cancer. Basal cell samples MVD value ishigher than the basal cells in breast cancer samples of breast cancer, promptbasal cell sample easy metastasize menstrual blood of breast cancer andprognosis is the basal cell samples of breast cancer is poor, may be associatedwith microvascular generation; S100A7and CR-1protein expression and anumber of clinical indicators, especially closely related to the MVD value, andthe two present positive correlation, prompt their expression may affect thebiological characteristics of tumor cells, and may have both promote eachother relations, prompted the possible as indicators of BLBC vascularmetastasis and prognosis, become BLBC potential molecular targets fortreatment. |
