| Objective: Compare two types of drugs of Warming yang,Supplementing Qi in different treatment heart failure time points thechange levels of cardiac function, myocardial tissue and plasma renin,angiotensinⅡ, aldosterone,a clear indicator of their respective long-termdrug use at different time points change and its mechanism ofaction,clinical long-term application warming yang,Supplementing Qi andrationalize drug treatment of chronic heart failure and provide experimentalbasis choice medication cycle basis.Methods:In this study,a total of three batches of animals,each batch ofselected weight about250g Wistar rats underwent coronary ligation,after4weeks after ultrasound evaluation,selected36of heart failure leftventricular ejection fraction≤50%of rats,press the left ventricular ejectionfraction were randomly divided into six groups,the model group,warmingyang(aconite,cinnamon dry extract)group,Supplementing Qi(ginseng,astragalus dry extract) group,warming yang+Supplementing Qi(aconite,cinnamon dry extract: ginseng,astragalus dry extract=1:1)group,captopril group,digoxin groups of six,sham-operated group6.Echocardiography from the line and after the date of the beginning of thepacket given to drug intervention therapy,administered once daily,threebatches of drug intervention and4weeks respectively.After the application of drug intervention,choose a different treatment time points rats weredrawn,echocardiography left ventricular EF values; HE staining to detectmyocardial general morphology.Radioimmunoassay myocardial and plasmarenin,angiotensin,aldosterone levels.Results:(1) EF values measured echocardiography shows that eachtreatment group and the sham group EF values were significantlyreduced.One week in which drug intervention group warming yanggroup,there were significant differences (P<0.05)+warming yangsupplementing Qi group,digoxin group and model group.2weeks of drugintervention group warming yang group,Supplementing Qi group,therewere significant differences (P<0.05)+warming yang supplementing Qigroup,captopril,digoxin group and model group.4weeks of drugintervention group warming yang,Supplementing Qi group,warming yangsupplementing Qi+group,there were significant differences (P<0.05) inthe captopril group,digoxin group and model group.(2) HE staining of myocardial General Morphology: drug interventionone week,two weeks,compared with the model group,warming yanggroup,Supplementing Qi group,warming yang supplementing Qi+group,captopril group to improve cardiac pathology in rats four weeks,andwith the extension of treatment time,and this improvement seems to bemore pronounced.(3) And myocardial blood renin, angiotensinⅡ, aldosterone levels:drug intervention one week and two weeks rats and myocardial blood renin,angiotensinⅡ, aldosterone content of each drug group compared withmodel group, Supplementing Qi group, warming yang supplementing Qi+group, captopril group were statistically significant (P<0.05). Warmingyang comparison with the model group, angiotensinⅡ, renin, aldosterone,despite the determination of the absolute value decreased, but nosignificant difference. There was no difference in digoxin group and model group. Drug Intervention4weeks in rats and myocardial blood renin,angiotensinⅡ, aldosterone content of each drug group compared withmodel group, warming yang group, Supplementing Qi group, warming yangsupplementing Qi+group, captopril group were statistically significantdifference (P<0.05). No difference digoxin group and model group.Conclusion: Supplementing Qi,warming yang drugs can improvecardiac function in heart failure after myocardial infarction in rats,butwarming yang drugs that inhibit the RAAS activation of blood andmyocardial weak topical medication than Supplementing Qi,and withprolonged treatment time,Supplementing Qi drugs RAAS inhibition effectis more obvious; warming yang prolonged treatment with the drug seems totime,there are also further inhibit RAAS trend.And supplementing Qi andwarming yang drug combination appears to improve heart functioncompared with single-use supplementing Qi,warming yang drugssignificantly,and the role of neuroendocrine activation did not furtherenhance the combined. |
