Bushenantai Recipe Combined With Sex Hormones Factor On The Spleen Kidney Two Falsely Type Of Early Threatened Abortion Syndrome Of Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective: By observing the effect of Bushenantai recipe joint sex hormones onthe early threatened abortion patients clinical comprehensive curativeeffect,Chinese hmedicine symptom integral and serum progesterone,humanchorionic gonadotropin,the influence of the objective evaluation of thetherapeutic effect.Preliminary study of the mechanism of the spleen kidney twofalsely type of Early Threatened Abortion and the prognostic factors for clinicaltreatment of the disease,provide a more effective method.Methods:60early pregnancy, threatened abortion with traditional Chinesemedicine and western medicine diagnostic criteria were connected from2013January～2013year in December patients in the gynecology clinic of firstAffiliated Hospital of Henan university of Traditional Chinese Medicine, wererandomly divided into60cases selected into treatment group30cases andcontrol group30cases, the treatment group with Bushenantai Recipe plusprogesterone capsules and chorionic gonadotrophin for injection treatment, thecontrol group was treated with progesterone capsules plus chorionicgonadotrophin for injection treatment. Two groups were observed before andafter treatment in patients with symptoms, signs, serum hormones (P, HCG)and gestational sac or embryo (fetal) changes, the statistical numerical analysisbefore and after treatment.Results:①Two groups of comprehensive curative effect analysis: treatmentgroup and control group effective rate was93.33%and76.67%, the effectiverate is similar between the two groups was statistically significantdifference(P=0.036<0.05), treatment group after treatment the comprehensivecurative effect was better than the control group;②Two groups of TCMsymptoms curative effect analysis: two groups after treatment of TCM symptom scores was reduced, the two groups had statistical significance between the twogroups(P=0.03<0.05), the treatment group in improving symptoms than thecontrol group;③Two groups of blood HCG, P level change analysis: two groupsafter treatment the blood HCG, P level was higer,the two groups no statisticalsignificance between the two groups (P=0.745>0.05);④Two groups of pregnantbursa or and embryos (fetal) change analysis: two groups after treatment at sacor embryos (fetal) change compare difference no statistical significance(P=0.279>0.05).Conclusion: Bushenantai Recipe joint sex hormones is an effective method intreating the spleen kidney two empty type of early threatened abortion,canimprove the symptoms of patients,improve the level of HCG、 P,curativeeffect,no side effects,is worthy of clinical application.
