Since The Kidney And Spleen And The Treatment Of Senile Functional Constipation (Spleen Kidney Yang Deficiency Syndrome) Clinical Research

Research purpose:This research through the years of Senile Functional Constipation(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)of TCM treatment of observation and investigation and analysis,analyze and summarize the current thinking in western medicine treatment on achievements and problems.Develop wenshenjianpi recipe,and observe the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation with wenshenjianpi Decoction clinically(spleen deficiency syndrome)curative effect,so as to explore the traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Senile Functional Constipation(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)the effectiveness and advantage.Methods:A total of 72 cases of patients with constipation in the Affiliated Hospital of Changchun University of Traditional Chinese Medicine Department of geriatrics outpatient clinic or treatment area included in the study standard,According to the order of treatment were randomly assigned into the oral prescription of wenshenjianpi recipe group referred to as the treatment group,a total of 36 cases,oral biantong capsule(Wuhan Jianmin Pharmaceutical Group Limited by Share Ltd,Zhunzi Z19990071)group as control group,a total of 36 cases were collected,date from January 2016 to December 2016.Two groups were treated for a period of 4 weeks,after the end of the 4 weeks,respectively,to observe the improvement of constipation symptoms in the two groups of patients,at the same time,TCM syndrome score,course of disease,age,statistical analysis.The efficacy and safety of the two groups were observed.Results:(1)The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 88.88% and 70.58%,respectively.The treatment group and the control group had significant difference(P < 0.05),and the effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.(2)The treatment group and control group before and after treatment,the TCM syndrome integral(yang deficiency of spleen and kidney)have obvious difference,especially in the treatment group,urine clear long limbs cold two was significantly better than the control group(P < 0.05),indicating wenshenjianpi recipe biantong capsule in patients with spleen kidney yang deficiency symptoms.Conclusion:Two groups of drugs in the treatment of Senile Functional constipation have obvious effect,but in the improvement of TCM symptoms,the treatment group was significantly better than the control group.
