The current public hospital by banks, financing leasing channels of debt financing, facing the main problems of the collateral and repayment of funds shortage, how to solve this problem needs policy support, also need innovative financing models. According to the actual situation of Guangxi at all levels of public hospital financing difficult, this paper analyzes the domestic and foreign public hospital financing mode, financing mode of domestic nonprofit units, and the financing mode of public infrastructure project in Chinese city, and puts forward relevant suggestions.
