Objective and backgroundthroughanalyse the clinnical data and consult the data of parapelvic cyst, to explore the clinical efficacy of Percutaneous nephroscopic drainage in the treatment of peripelvic renal cyst. parapelvic cyst is one special type of renal cyst. Because it happens in the adjacent of renal pevic or renal calyx，parapelvic cyst can oppress renal collecting system and lead to wai st soreness, hematuria,hypertesion and hydronephrosis.Because the cyst is closely ralated to renal artery,renal vein and renal pelvis,It is difficulte for treatment to deal with it.Troditional method of unroofling the cyst cause large body injuries.Currently people mostky use laparoscopic surgery in the threatment of parapelvic cyst.Method concerning percutaneous nephroscopic drainage treatment is rare.Methodfrom2010to2012,11cases who were in the treatment of Percutaneous nephroscopic internal drainage were underRetrospective analysis in our hospital.11cases were all in the treatment of percutaneous nephroscopic drainage surgery.All caeses were followed up on time.The recovery of postoperative symptoms were observed.Resultsall operations were successful,no cases convert to open surgery.The averageThe average operation time was40min， and the average blood loss was25ml. No obvious complications occured，The average hospitalstays after operation was5d. All patients start eating2days later and take activity3days later.Histological studies are parapelvic cyst of all the cases.ConclusionsThe treatment of Percutaneous nephroscopic internal drainage is a simpler operation.It has the advantages of Less bleeding,less trauma and rapid recovery. It is a effective treatments for paitients suffering from parapelvic renal cyst.
