[Objective]1.(1)To investigate the correlation between CT,UU,Mh and infertility;(2) To investigate the relation between mycoplasma pathogenicity and vaginal infection combined.2.To investigate the correlation between CT,UU,Mh and tubal pregnancy.3. To investigate CT, UU.Mh infection in fluid of pelvic cavity.4. To analyze drug sensitive test results about UU,Mh.[Methods] All cases were from the second affiliated hospital of kunming medical university in July2013to March2014.All the case needed to meet the inclusion criteria:had sexual life history, without the use of any antibiotic in two weeks, no vagina washing, no vaginal drug and sex within three days, non menstrual period.1.Selected257cases of infertility patients in reproductive department as infertility group.all cases meeted the unprotected sex for one year of infertility and husband semen examination was normal. Selected106cases of early pregnancy women who requested to terminate pregnancy in the gynecological clinic as control group. Took the cervical secretions to cultivate mycoplasma and detected chlamydia trachomatis. To compare the positive rate of mycoplasma, chlamydia trachomatis between infertility group and control group.Took vaginal smears to examinate and compared the rate between infertility group and control group.2.Selected81cases of tubal pregnancy patients in gynecological ward as tubal pregnancy group; Selected102cases of early pregnancy women who requested to terminate pregnancy and had no previous history of tubal pregnancy in the gynecological clinic as control group. Took the cervical secretions to cultivate mycoplasma and detected chlamydia trachomatis. To compare the positive rate of mycoplasma, chlamydia trachomatis between tubal pregnancy group and control group.3.Selected305cases in gynecological ward who was requiring treatment with operation because of "uterine myoma, adenomyosis, ovarian cys, tubal pregnancy" Etc. Took the cervical secretions and pelvic fluid to cultivate mycoplasma and detected chlamydia trachomatis.4.The specimen in the mycoplasma cultivation using the same kit to do drug sensitivity test.[Results]1.(1) The cervical secretions of infertility group and control group did not detect chlamydia trachomatis.(2)The positive rate of mycoplasma in cervical secretions of infertility group was higher than that of control group (59.14%versus47.17%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).(3) Infertility group mycoplasma infection positive rate was31.13%;the control group positive rate was33.02%;there was no statistically significant difference in both groups (P>0.05). Infertility group mycoplasma infection complicated by vaginal infection positive rate was28.02%, significantly higher than the control group14.15%, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Infertility group of vaginal infection positive rate was15.95%; control group positive rate was17.92%, There was no statistically significant difference in both groups (P>0.05)2. The cervical secretions of tubal pregnancy group and control group did not detect chlamydia trachomatis. The positive rate of mycoplasma in cervical secretions of tubal pregnancy group was higher than that of control group (62.96%versus47.06%). The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).3. The cervical secretions and fluid of pelvic cavity of305patients with surgery had not detected chlamydia trachomatis. There was152cases mycoplasma cultivate positive in cervical secretions of305surgical operation patients. The positive rate was49.84%. The pelvic fluid of all cases to cultivate mycoplasma were negative. The positive rate of cervical secretions were significantly higher than fluid of pelvic cavity, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).4.When single ureaplasma urealyticum infective, sensitive to tetracyclines, macrolides, resistant to quinolones. When single mycoplasma hominis infective, sensitive to tetracyclines, resistant to macrolides, quinolones. When ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis mixed infection, sensitive to tetracyclines, resistant to macrolides, quinolones.[Conclusions] Mycoplasma infection of cervix is one of the reason to cause infertility and tubal pregnancy. Mycoplasma may be combined with other pathogenic microorganism to common pathogenic. Mycoplasma detection rate in pelvic fluid below cervical secretions. When single ureaplasma urealyticum infective, sensitive to tetracyclines, macrolides, resistant to quinolones. When single mycoplasma hominis infective, sensitive to tetracyclines, resistant to macrolides, quinolones. When ureaplasma urealyticum and mycoplasma hominis mixed infection, sensitive to tetracyclines, resistant to macrolides, quinolones.
