| ObjectiveThe study group were observed fire needle therapy combined with rehabilitation after a stroke paralyzed limb spasticity efficacy and ordinary traditional acupuncture group through the rating scale to investigate the fire needle therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy after stroke paralyzed limb spasticity advantages for the treatment of stroke by spastic paralysis provide an effective means of treatment.Research MethodsThe patients were60cases, all selected from the Guangzhou Chinese Medicine Hospital inpatient acupuncture, were randomly divided into treatment group (â… group) and control group (â…¡ group)30cases, drug treatment and limb were to fire needle acupuncture treatment and general rehabilitation treatment on the basis of every other day,14days for a course of a course of treatment. Using the modified Ashworth score, simplified Fugl-Meyer Assessment Scale, Barthel index was observed indicators were observed in routine medical drugs and rehabilitation therapy, based on the traditional fire needle therapy and acupuncture in the treatment of limb spasticity in stroke efficacy differences.Results1. Ashworth compare spasms assessment level, measured after treatment, muscle tension rating by rank sum test (P<0.05), illustrate the difference between the two groups is large, comparable.2. Fugl-Meyer motor function scores after treatment, the resulting score by t test (P<0.05), illustrate the difference between the two groups is large, comparable. The difference between the two groups before and after treatment in treatment group compared with the control group, which meant that the treatment group efficacy in improving motor function than the control group.3. Bathel ADL scores after treatment, the resulting score by t test (P <0.05), illustrate the difference between the two groups is large, comparable. And the difference between before and after treatment, the treatment group compared with the control group, which meant that the treatment group in terms of the improvement of living index in patients with more effective than the control group.4. Stroke Scale score compared to score after treatment by t test (P<0.05), illustrate the difference between the two groups large and comparable. The two groups underwent graded score rank test (P>0.05), still can not explain the merits of difference between two groups, the reason for this result is presumed to be caused by the sample size is small and can not achieve the desired results.ConclusionFire needle therapy combined with rehabilitation therapy after stroke paralyzed limb spasticity compared to the more common acupuncture combined with rehabilitation therapy is good, better able to promote the patient’s limb exercise our powers to restore and improve the patient’s quality of daily life. |
