Background: Chronic hepatitis B is a viral infection, is currently one of the serious public health problem in worldwide, and had brought serious influence to the social and family.Currently the people infected with hepatitis b virus (HBV) has exceeded350million, and more than a third have severe liver diseases, about600000people die each year from hepatitis B virus diseases, including chronic hepatitis, liver fibrosis, cirrhosis and hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is gradually increasing.Our country is high area of HBV, the crowd carrying rate showed a trend ofincreasing.In recent years, with the improvement of living standard and life pressure increases gradually, the related diseases are increasing.But on the whole, development and evolution of these diseases is importantly due to hepatitis B surface antigen (HBsAg) persist are inseparable.Therefore, find ways to suppress or removeHBsAg is particularly important.The study found that the incidence of hepatitis Bdifferences in different parts of the world.These is depended the route of transmission of disease and the relationship between related traits of the virus.In the transmission way of hepatitis B, mother-to-child transmission is thought to be themain transmission of HBV, newborns infected with hepatitis B, about90%will bethe carried Chronic hepatitis B virus, when they are adults, the development of liver cirrhosis and liver cancer probability will be increased significantly.Therefore, control the development of hepatitis B virus (HBV), the main is to explore the spread between mother and baby.Between mother and baby mainly intrauterine transmission, the spread of intrauterine transmission is relation to the virus infecti on status of pregnant women and different types of genes.Objective: To study the Dali Bai nationality pregnants HBV gene distribution, virus carrying state and related problems of mother-to-child transmission.Methods: This study collected in yunnan province, Dali bai autonomous prefectureof Dali college affiliated hospital, the Dali first people’s hospital, the Dali maternity and child care between December2011and September2011hospital childbirthbai pregnant women serum HBV positive and delivery of neonatal umbilical cordblood. Specimens were first detected by ELISA second liver two half-and-half model, then, the fluorescence PCR was used to genotype testing to comply with thespecimen; Line of HBV markers positive for quantitative PCR to detect HBV DNA content. Repeated experiments, the experimental data with SPSS16.0softwarefor statistical analysis and processing, the comparison of rates between the two groups by chi-square test, all inspection level by alpha=0.05, P <0.05, with statistical significance.Results:87pregnant women in serum, genotype B40cases (45.98%), C genotype in19(21.84%),18cases (20.69%) B+C genotype, B+E genotypes in2cases (2.30%), not parting8cases (9.20%);41cases of HBeAg positive serum HBVDNA positive for35cases (85.37%),46cases of HBeAg negative serum HBV-DNA positive as12cases (26.09%);87cases of full term pregnant women delivery of87cases of newborn, has48cases of second liver surface markers positive;In48cases of HBV markers positive newborn, from mother HBeAg positive for35cases, from the mother HBeAg negative for13cases;48newborns detectionof HBV DNA, including positive27cases;48cases of neonatal HBV genotyping,the results of genotype B18cases (37.50%), C genotype8cases (16.67%),12cases (25.00%) B+C genotype, rest not parting10cases (20.83%); HBV-DNAin50cases of full term cesarean delivery son was18cases (36%), HBV DNA in37cases of full term suitable births was9cases (24%).Conclusion:1Dali Bai nationality pregnants infected with HBV genotypes mainly isB type, followed by C, there is a small amount of mixed genotype; 2The spread of HBV exists between mother and baby, newborns infected with HBVgenotypes agree with pregnant women, after the main genotype is B type, followed by Ctype;3Dali bai pregnant women infected with HBV, B possibility of mother-to-child transmission of HBV genotypes of pregnant women;4pregnant women in Dali bai, HBeAg positive people are more likely to detect the HBV DNA;5Dali bai HBeAg positive for pregnant women, are more likely to occur between motherand baby’s transmission.6Delivery mode does not change the choice of Dali bai pregnant women and infantsHBV transmission between mother and baby.7The pregnant women of the hepatitis B virus genotype in order to reduce neonatal infection, and provides the basis for prevention of serious liver disease.
