The Clinical Study On The Effect Of Buqi Wenjing Fang Combine With Laparoscope Surgery In Treating Infertility Caused By Hydrosalpinx

ObjectiveHydrosalpinx are a manifestation of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease(CPID), and it attribute to various causes that lead to distal tubal occlusion and ultimately expansion of tubal wall and accumulation of fluid. Traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) theory and modern research suggest that phlegm dampness and blood stasis are pathologic substance of CPID. In this essay, we observed the clinical efficacy of Buqi Wenjing Fang combine with laparoscope surgery in treating Infertility caused by Hydrosalpinx, and the treatment should follow the principle that strengthen Spleen Qi, make the phlegm thinner or weaker by drugs of warm characteristic, according to the theory of" spleen governing muscles","disease of phlegm should be dealt with the drugs of warm characteristic". And then we would explore its mechanism of action. We expect that it will have directive significance in the clinical treatment of infertility caused by Hydrosalpinx.MethodWe collected cases in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM from April2013to March2014. This research through laparoscope surgery to diagnose Hydrosalpinx(and exclude endometriosis, polycystic ovary syndrome, and so on), and then select the type of blood stasis due to Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness due to Spleen deficiency. After laparoscope surgery, patients would take in the herbal medicine——Buqi Wenjing Fang, and then be observed the change of CPID’s symptoms and signs, pregnancy rate and uterine pregnant rate in6months. Result1. In both type of blood stasis due to Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness due to Spleen deficiency, the TCM syndrome score and CPID’s symptoms and signs score both had significant differences between the before and after treatment(P<0.05). TCM syndrome score and CPID’s symptoms and signs score of totality had very significant differences between the before and after treatment (P<0.01)2. After treatment, of blood stasis due to Spleen deficiency, TCM Syndrome, CPID’s symptoms and signs and comprehensive syndrome total effective rate were91.67%,75.00%,91.17%respectively; of phlegm dampness due to Spleen deficiency, TCM Syndrome, CPID’s symptoms and signs and comprehensive syndrome total effective rate were88.89%,100%,100%respectively. There was no significant difference between the two types(P>0.05). TCM syndrome score and CPID’s symptoms and signs score of totality were90.48%,85.71%.95.24%respectively.3. There were4pregnant cases in12cases of blood stasis due to Spleen deficiency, and3pregnant cases in9cases of phlegm dampness due to Spleen deficiency. The total pregnant rate was33.33%, and all were uterine pregnancy.Conclusion1. In29patients who were diagnosed Hydrosalpinx by laparoscope, blood stasis due to Spleen deficiency and phlegm dampness due to Spleen are the common types.2. After laparoscope surgery, the patients’TCM syndrome condition and CPID’s symptoms and signs could be improved significantly by taking in Buqi Wenjing Fang.3. After the6months treatment of Bbuqi Wenjing Fang combine with laparoscope surgery, there was33.33%pregnant rate in21patients of Infertility caused by Hydrosalpinx.
