Inical Study Of The Changing Function In The Treatment Of Liver And Kidney Type Of Knee Steoarthritis By Yishen Jianbu Decoction

Objective：To observe the effiency of the Yishen Jianbu decoction group in thetreatment of osteoarthrosis of the knee joints by The WOMAC Osteoarthritis Indexsystem scores evaluated the scores from the pains, the stiffness and the joint functionindex.Methods：The selected60cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided intothe treatment group and the control group, including three exfoliated patients（twocases in the treatment group, one in The control group）.The treatment group wereYishen Jianbu Decoction, the control group were treated by yisuojia. By taking theWOMAC Osteoarthritis Index score system，We record scores from changes beforetreatment and after treatment.Results： Observing the overall efficacy of the two groups30days, the treatmentgroup total effectiveness is94.11%, the other is71.43%;By using chi square test ofSPSS19.0software of statistical analysis,X2value is4.626,P value0.031<0.05, thereare significant differences between the treatment group and the control group.so theefficiency of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group.Conclusions：Yishen jianbu decoction can improve the osteoarthritis of the knee jointpain, stiffness symptoms.It is a effective way to treat the knee of liver and kidneytype.
