Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of 80 Cases Of Knee Osteoarthritis Of Wind-Cold-Dampness Type By Oraling Chinese Herbal Pieces Arthralgia Syndrome Decoction Combined With Intra-Articular Injection Of Sodium Hyaluronate

Objective:In this project,the subjects were locked in the patients with knee osteoarthritis,and the syndrome type was attributed to fenghanshibi,and the treatment of Arthralgia Syndrome Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate intra-articular injection was taken as the main treatment factor,to evaluate the curative effect after treatment,the aim is to construct a perfect theoretical basis for applying this method to clinic.At the same time,we should look for a new and reliable conservative treatment for osteoarthritis of the knee in traditional medicine.Method:Following the principle of simple randomization,we used the method of drawing lots to prepare a blind box.In it,we put 80 pieces of paper with numbers from 1 to 80 in random order.The patients were drawn lots according to the order they came to see the doctor,the patients with odd numbers were selected into the observation group,and the patients with even numbers were selected into the control group.Sodium hyaluronate(Bausch-lund)was injected into the outside knee joint cavity to treat two groups of overlapping therapy,the experimental group patients in the control group on the basis of the addition of Arthralgia Syndrome Decoction oral.WOMAC score,HSS score,range of motion of knee joint,TNF-α,MMP-3 and efficacy evaluation were measured and recorded before and 1,2,and 5 weeks after the treatment,and they both interpret the law of randomness,enough to make a reasonable comparison.Results:1.There was no significant difference between the two groups before treatment(P >0.05),the gender,side,age,course of disease,WOMAC score,HSS score,range of motion of knee joint and effective rate of the two groups were random.2.The WOMAC pain scores of the two groups were down-regulated in each cycle of follow-up with statistical significance(p < 0.05)HSS scores of the above groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P & LT;0.05)at all time points in the follow-up(P & Lt;0.05),after treatment,trange of motion of knee joint of the above groups were significantly higher than those before treatment(P & LT;0.05)at all time points(P & Lt;0.05),the same is true for TNF-α and MMP-3.There were significant differences in WOMAC,HSS,range of motion of knee joint,TNF-α,MMP-3 and effective rate between the two groups(P & LT;0.05).Conclusion:After oral administration of Arthralgia Syndrome Decoction combined with sodium hyaluronate injection into the external knee joint,the pain and functional damage of knee joint can be obviously reduced,and the range of motion of knee joint can be increased.
