| Objective: through the mixed hemorrhoid external strip in firm postoperative painwere treated by acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of clinical curative effect ofobservation, to explore a good analgesia effect and low side effect, and easy to operate,the analgesic method of economic security, provide the basis for clinical application.Methods: select into standard mixed hemorrhoid external strip in patients withpostoperative pain VAS score of4or more, were randomly divided into treatmentgroup30cases,30cases of control group. Treatment group: the pain occurs by electricacupuncture plus moxibustion related points and wound30min. Control group: oralacetaminophen double hydrogen codeine piece1piece. Observed and recorded beforeand after treatment in patients with30min,1h,3h,6h,8h pain VAS score, by thestatistical analysis, to determine the clinical curative effect.Result:In the two groups after treatment and30min,1h,3h,6h before clinicaltreatment efficacy were more significant, in between the two groups of alpha=0.05level comparison there was no significant difference (P>0.05),8h after treatment theclinical curative effect of treatment group is better than that of control group (P <0.05).Conclusion:the electric acupuncture and moxibustion treatment of mixed hemorrhoidspeel postoperative pain clinical curative effect, within6h after treatment with oralwestern medicine acetaminophen double hydrogen codeine there was no significantdifference, in8h when its clinical curative effect was better than that ofacetaminophen double hydrogen codeine tablets. All studies have shown that electricacupuncture plus moxibustion treatment of mixed hemorrhoids peel postoperative paincan achieve good analgesic effect, but its simple and easy to operate, economicsecurity, no side effects, etc have obvious advantages, has the value of the clinicalresearch and the further promotion. Analgesic effect the analgesia time is long, conveniently, the advantage of safe withoutside effects. |
