Objective: To observe the clinical effect of acupuncture combined with auricular point pressing bean in the treatment of postoperative pain and related complications of mixed hemorrhoids.To explore an effective and feasible way to solve the postoperative pain and related complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Materials and methods: 90 cases of mixed hemorrhoids with damp-heat Syndrome in the inpatient department of Anorectal Department of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine were randomly divided into acupuncture group,Auricular Point Group and combined group,in Acupuncture Group,Chengfu,Chengshan,Zhigou,baihuanyu,Erbai and Ciliao acupoints were selected.In Auricular Point Group,anorectal lower segment,Shenmen,endocrine,subcortical and sympathetic points were applied and pressed.Combined Group:Acupuncture,Auricular Point sticking and pressing combined treatment.Vas and VRS-4scores were recorded on the 3rd,5th,7th,10 th day after operation,the first defecation and the first dressing change,the number of postoperative urinary retention,the first micturition,the time of defecation,the length of hospital stay and other analgesia were recorded and analyzed with SPSS 22.0.Result:In this study,90 patients were included,no cases were excluded or dropped.There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease and number of hemorrhoids in each group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in VAS and vrs-4 scores between the three groups(P>0.05),but there was significant difference in VAS scores at the first defecation,the 3rd,5th,7th and 10 th day after operation(P<0.05),and auricular point grou P>acupuncture grou P>combined group.There was a significant difference in pain duration between the three groups(P<0.05).There was no statistical difference in the degree of edema on the 3rd and 5th day after operation in the three groups(P>0.05).There was statistical difference in the degree of edema on the 7th and 10 th day after operation(P<0.05).The auricular point grou P>acupuncture grou P>combined group.Urinary retention rate,postoperative voiding time andpostoperative defecation time in the three groups were statistically different(P<0.05).There was a significant difference in the rate of first defecation and 7 days after operation(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the other observation periods(P>0.05).The number of days in hospital of patients in auricular point group > acupuncture group > combined group,P<0.05,there was statistical significance.Conclusion: After 3,5,7,10 days,the first defecation VAS,VRS-4 scores and postoperative pain duration were significantly different(p < 0.05),ear acupoint group >Acupuncture Group > Combination Group.There were significant differences in the degree of Edema at the 7th and 10 th day after operation,the incidence of urinary retention,the time of first urination,defecation and hospitalization(p < 0.05),ear acupoint group > Acupuncture Group > Combination Group.After the first defecation and the 7th day of the disposal rate was significantly different(p < 0.05),ear point group < Acupuncture Group < combined group.
