The Effect To Sperm Function Of Idiopathic Asthenozoospermia By Haimabushenzhuangyang Pill

Objective: To observe the effect to sperm function of idiopathic asthenozoospermiaby Haimabushenzhuangyang pill before and after treatment (Semen volume, Spermdensity, sperm motility, activity rate, aberration rate),sperm function (hypotonicswelling experiments, Sperm nuclear DNA integrity detection, Sperm acrosomeenzyme activity), as well as spouses of pregnancy, compared to the control group(Vitamin E joint ATP group) with each parameter as an example of Haimabushenzhuangyang Pill in the improvement of idiopathic Asthenozoospermia semen qualityafter treatment, to provide a scientific basis for the tr-eatment of idiopathicasthenospermia.Methods: Would be in this study,80patients with idiopathic weak sperm intothe standard,according to the medical order by random number table methodwere randomly divided into two groups:treatment group (Haimabushenzhuangyang pill group),40cases in control group (Vitamin E joint ATP group)40cases,2groups in addition to the treatment is different,other conditions as far as possible the same,patients to see a doctor for the first time on the same day as the start date of treatment and observation,a month for a period of treatment, continuous observation after two courses of treatment were recorded before andafter treatment motility activity rate deformity rate of average speed linear motion curve movement speed acrosome intact rate low permeability swelling test related laboratory tests by the Henan province traditional Chinese reproductivemedicine laboratory personel responsible for the inspection.Results: Haimabushenzhuangyang pill treatment group total effective rate was92.5%, better than85.00%of Vitamin E joint ATP group, the Ridit analysis, the difference was statistically significant, the treatment group curative effect is betterthan that of control group.By rank sum test, Semen volume and Sperm density aftertreatment, between treatment group and control group with nonsignificant statisticalsignificance (P＞0.05), motility after treatment,between treatment group and controlgroup with significant statistical significance (P <0.05), the treatment group is betterthan the control group; sperm activate rate after treatment comparison, betweentreatment group and control group with significant statistical significance (P <0.05);Sperm malformation rate after treatment, significant statistical significance betweentreatment group and control group (P <0.05), the treatment group is better than thecontrol group, HOS result after treatment, significant statistical significance betweentreatment group and control group (P <0.05), the treatment group is better than thecontrol group, DFI after treatment, significant statistical significance betweentreatment group and control group (P <0.05). Sperm acrosome enzyme activity aftertreatment, significant statistical significance between treatment group and controlgroup (P <0.05).Conclusion: Clinical curative effect of treatment group was better than controlgroup, Haimabushenzhuangyang pill can effectively improve the rate of spermmotility, activity,sperm movement intact rate,decrease the rate of sperm deformity,improve sperm function, clinical curative effect is remarkable.
