The Clinical Analysis Of Secondary Glaucoma Associated With Ocular Trauma

Objective The Observations on the cases of Secondary glaucoma associated with Ocular trauma, To discuss the clinical types and analysis the clinical effect of treatment. Methods Clinical data of43cases (43eyes) with Secondary glaucoma associated with Ocular trauma were analysted and summarized on the area of the etiology, treatment and prevention. Results Ten cases(27.9%))crystal-derived patients, seven cases(18.6%) angle contusion,nine cases(25.6%)intraocular hemorrhage,ten cases(27.9%)proliferation and adhesion.19cases received medical treatment and24cases received surgical treatment. follow-up6to36months.Before treatment,the average pressure of all cases was42.32mmHg.But after treatment, the average pressure of all cases was15.54mmHg.thirty-seven cases intraocular pressure was controlled between10to21mmHg,the control rate86.0%,38cases(88.4%)with improved visual acuit. Conclusion The reason of secondary glaucoma with ocular trauma is complex, visual function and appearance damage is serious.Early the effective therapy and follow-up may decrease the chances of Secondary glaucoma and improved the results.
