| ObjectivesEsophageal cancer is a malignant tumor of digestive tract occurred in esophagealepithelial tissue, accounted for2%of all. There are about200000people died of esophagealcancer each year in the world. China is a high incidence area for esophageal cancer withesophageal cancer deaths, ranked second. Male patients are more than the female, mostlyabove40years old. Our country is a high incidence of esophageal cancer, and the mortality isalso higher.Early esophageal cancer detection rate and diagnosis rate is low because of noobvious symptoms or no symptoms. The key to improve the rate of diagnosis of earlyesophageal cancerrely on endoscopyendoscopic examination and the identification of earlyesophageal cancer morphology of endoscopic doctor. So endoscopy was an important methodin detection and diagnosis of early esophageal cancer. To improve the clinical understanding of the detection and diagnosis of early esophagealcancer with the data of22cases of endoscopic findings of early esophageal cancer.MethodsWe selected2cases newly diagnosed with early esophageal cancer in the secondaffiliated hospital of Zhengzhou University during2010January to2013December.Combined with the endoscopic findingsand clinical characteristicsmay be useful for the diagnosis of early esophageal cancer.Induction of esophageal cancer analysis of lesionlocation, lesion characteristics of22patients with early esophageal cancer commonendoscopy, chromoendoscopy, narrow band imaging, endoscopic ultrasonography and thepossible causes of missed diagnosis.ResultsIn22patients (17male and5female), male proportion reached77.27%. Among thesepatents there were5cases of superficial elevated type,8cases of flat-type,3cases of shallowdepression type,and6cases of color change type. The missed diagnosis rate was36.36%.ConclusionProgress was slow in early esophageal cancer with the light clinical symptoms, noobvious specificity, easy to cause misdiagnosis or missed diagnosis. The endoscopic features, plus the help ofchromoendoscopy, endoscopic ultrasonography, NBI endoscopicexaminationwhen necessary. To correctly understand the endoscopic findings combined with biopsy canmake detection and diagnosis of esophageal cancer early, this improve the diagnosis of earlyesophageal cancer rate. |
