BackgroundEmbryonic stop education, also known as missed abortion, embryonicdevelopment means to stop pregnancy, tissue retention intrauterine failed to dischargea class of natural disease, is a common pathological pregnancy trimester. To theirfamilies and society a great deal of influence in recent years, its incidence is rising, even attracted the attention of the clinical community.Stop education abroad onembryonic maternal factors, environmental factors and genetic factors lot of attentionand a lot of research in epidemiology that the anatomy of the mother’s own disease, genetic, uterus and genital abnormalities, endocrine factors and fetal intrauterinegrowth stagnation is closely related.Embryonic stop education in the pathogenesis ofcomplex, factors a lot, a lot of researches are currently discussed, which may be suchas genetic, immune, metabolic abnormalities, such as factors, independently orsimultaneously occurs, may cause the survival of trophoblast cell growth environmentto apoptosis imbalance. At home and abroad to stop education cause embryo researchcareer mostly stay in maternal hormone levels, reported chromosomal abnormalities, but few studies of maternal infection factors. If the pregnancy tissue maternal-fetalinterface can not effectively identify, remove and attacked by the mother-borne pathogens harmful antigens, causing excessive immune response, may have anegative pregnancy outcomes.Embryonic stop fertility patients trophoblast apoptosismay also be involved in the mechanism.ObjectiveObserving embryonic missed abortion villus tissues in patients with theexpression of toll-like receptor2(TLR2) and the correlation of TNF-α, concentrationof IL-6, preliminary discussion on the TNF-α, the role of IL-6in embryonic missedabortion, missed abortion provides new ideas for clinical diagnosis of embryosMethods1、Select patients from the third affiliated hospital of ZhengZhou University inMarch2013to July patients,30cases of embryonic missed abortion line during thesame period because of the social factors of induced abortion patients30cases ascontrol group. Immunohistochemical method to detect the expression of TLR2in villtissue of the two groups, method of enzyme-linked immunosorbent (ELISA)determination the TNF-α, IL-6levels in maternal blood of the two groups.2、Using SPSS17.0software package for statistical analysis of the data points tothe mean±standard deviation (x s) form to represent the average gray value ofeach set of data. Using two independent samples t test, rank sum test, Pearsoncorrelation analysis using Pearson correlation analysis. Test level: α=0.05.Results1. Two groups of pregnant women compared to their gestational age, age, gravidity, the difference was not statistically significant (P>0.05).2.The experimental group maternal TNF-α, IL-6levels (1272.74±41.41,21.84±0.94) were higher (1130.38±122.16,18.32±0.87), the differencewas statistically significant (P <0.05).3.TLR2expression in the chorionic villi of the experimental group (70.06± 30.39) was significantly higher (54.53±20.00)(P <0.05);4.In the case of serum IL-6, TNF-α expression of TLR2expression andprotein villi correlated (γ=0.820,P <0.05; γ=0.849, P <0.05). In the control group, serum IL-6, TNF-α expression of TLR2expression and protein villi no correlation(γ=0.148, P>0.05; γ=0.013, P>0.05).ConclusionTLR2expression in embryonic stop education chorionic trophoblast cells inpatients with elevated serum closely associated with peripheral blood TNF-α, IL-6expression levels increased.
