Current Status Of Knowledge,Belief And Practice Of Subcutaneous Specific Immunotherapy In Patients With Dust Mite Allergy And Analysis Of Related Factors

Research Purpose:Based on the theory of Knowledge-Attitude-Practice and literature review,we developed a KAP questionnaire for subcutaneous specific immunotherapy for dust mite allergy patients through expert consultation,and conducted a questionnaire survey to understand subcutaneous specific immunotherapy for dust mite allergy patients in a third-class hospital in Chongqing to know the current situation of knowing,trusting and doing things,exploring its influencing factors,and providing a scientific basis for subsequent targeted interventions.Research Methods:(1)Based on the theory of KAP,a systematic review of domestic and foreign literature,an item pool was initially formed,and the item pool was further improved through brainstorming.(2)Twenty domestic experts were selected for consultation with Delphi experts,and the questionnaire items were revised,supplemented and deleted.Retain the results of the second round,form the first draft of the questionnaire,and analyze the reliability and validity of the questionnaire through pre-investigation.(3)Questionnaire survey: Using a convenient sampling method,240 dust mite allergy patients who selected subcutaneous specific immunotherapy in the Allergy Department of a tertiary hospital in Chongqing from December 2019 to October 2020 conducted a questionnaire survey to analyze their KAP,and use multiple regression to analyze their influencing factors.Research Results:(1)A "Questionnaire for Evaluation of Knowledge,Belief and Practice of Subcutaneous Specific Immunotherapy for Patients with Dust Mite Allergy" was formed,and the reliability and validity test met the requirements of the scale preparation,and both had statistical significance(P<0.05).(2)Reliability and validity of the questionnaire: The positive coefficients of the two rounds of expert consultation were 83.3% and 100% respectively.In the second round,Ca was 0.842,Cs was 0.824,and Cr was 0.833.(3)Reliability test: The Cronbach’s α coefficient of the three dimensions is between 0.778 and 0.840,and the Cronbach’s α coefficient of the total table is 0.927.The half coefficient of the three dimensions is between 0.742-0.793,and the half coefficient of the total table is 0.751;Validity test: the content validity meets the requirements of the scale.In exploratory factor analysis,the cumulative variance contribution rate of each dimension scale is between 32.47% and66.142%.The correlation coefficient between each dimension is 0.329～0.582,and the correlation coefficient between each dimension and the total table is greater than 0.7.(4)The level of knowledge,information and behavior of subcutaneous specific immunotherapy for dust mite allergic patients in a third-class hospital in Chongqing is moderate.Single factor analysis and multi-factor analysis show that age,household registration,education level and treatment time are the influencing factors of knowledge,information and behavior.Conclusion(1)In this study,the "Questionnaire for Evaluation of Knowledge,Attitude,and Behavior of Subcutaneous Specific Immunotherapy for Dust Mite Allergy Patients" has good reliability and validity,and can be used as a tool to evaluate the knowledge,attitude,and behavior of subcutaneous specific immunotherapy for dust mite allergy patients.It is recommended In clinical application.(2)The knowledge and practice of subcutaneous specific immunotherapy for dust mite allergic patients in a third-class hospital in Chongqing is at a moderate level.It is affected by age,household registration,education level,and treatment time.The follow-up plan is to focus on the individual characteristics of the patient,carry out patient health education,and build the patient’s Health information,improve patient compliance with treatment,and provide support for ensuring treatment effects.
