Firstly, analysis the current situation of the purchasing management of medical consumables of the Third Xiangya Hospital, has a comprehensive understanding of the model, the present situation and the problems of the purchasing management of medical consumables, also the cause of the problems; Second, build the guidelines and design principles of the prioritization scheme of the purchasing management of medical consumables; Then combined with the hospital purchasing management theory, to the question of the purchasing management of medical consumables in this hospital, put forward the optimization scheme from four aspects namely, about optimization of procurement operation mode, optimization of purchasing process, optimization of procurement management system and optimization of supplier selection management; Finally, the supporting measure of the implementing of the management prioritization scheme are introduced, including three points, which are institutional guarantee, organizational guarantee and incentives.In summary, a scientific and systematic optimization scheme of the purchasing management of medical consumables for the Third Xiangya Hospital is formed. By the effective optimizing of the purchasing management of medical consumables, improving the capacity of the Medical consumables purchasing of the Hospital, reducing the purchase cost, Ensuring the quality of procurement, solve the problems in the purchasing management of medical consumables of the Third Xiangya Hospital effectively, thereby promote the development of the hospital stably and continued, keep it’s high Social service ability, it has an important practical significance.
