Objective Investigate the significance and expression of G protein coupling estrogen receptors (GPER) in the endometrial polyps.Method Select30examples with intrauterine membrane polyps in patients with endometrial polyp group (study group1), a polyp in the peripheral endometrial tissue (study group2) and30cases of normal endometrium tissue (control group). Then we using Western blot and qRT-PCR method in the determination of GPER respectively in each group, With the above results, we made a statistical analysis.Result1.Result of western blot:The GPER protein expression in endometrial polyps, the peripheral tissue, and normal endometrium (Relative Quantification, x±SE) is0.3470±0.06430,0.1970±0.06601、0.0880±0.05731, respectively.1) The expression of GPER protein in endometrial polyps is significantly higher than that of the peripheral tissue group and the normal endometrium group (P<0.05).2) The level of GPER protein expression in the peripheral tissue group is higher than that of the normal endometrium group (P<0.05).2.Result of qRT-PCR:The GPER mRNA expression in endometrial polyps, the peripheral tissue, and normal endometrium (Relative Quantification, x±SE) is2.86±0.76,1.61±0.88, and1.26±0.35respectively.1) The expression of GPER mRNA in endometrial polyps is significantly higher than tissue group and the nolrma that of the endometrium group (P<0.05).2) The level of GPER mRNA expression in the peripheral tissue group is higher than that of the normal endometrium group, But but the differences were not significant (P>0.05).Conclusion1. GPER expression level was significantly higher than that of the peripheral tissue group and the normal endometrium group; The expression of GPER beside the polyp group was higher than normal group in protein level.2. The high expression of GPER in endometrial polyps may have relationship with the pathogenesis of endometrial polyps...
