| Objective:This study observes these patients with advanced cancer and divided to different TCM syndromes. In this study, it mainly studies the disparity of life quality between treatment group and control group through the comparison of QLQ-C30life scale, and the expression of IL-10after doing the scarring moxibustion. And other hand, animal experiment observes the difference in dietã€water and tumor growth curve among different groups of tumor-bearing mice, at the same time, evaluates the expression of IL-10.Method:In clinical experiment,42patients are divided to two groups randomly and different TCM syndromes. Based on the integrated treatment, treatment group accept two weeks treatment which is doing the scarring moxibustion. Furthermore, it evaluates the QLQ-C30life scale before and after treatment. Besides, takes the blood sample for detecting IL-10.In animal experiment,30mice are divided to treatment groupã€control group and blank group. Both the treatment group and control group are injected cancer cells subcutaneously. Scarring moxibustion is done for ten days in treatment group. The data about their dietã€water and valume of tumor is collected, the blood sample is taken for detecting IL-10.Result:For different TCM syndromes, scarring moxibustion can improve the quality of life, especially in the fatigue and anorexia, also the expression of IL-10is decreased in all of the different TCM syndromes. Comparied to the control group, diet and water are increased in the treatment group. Similar with the treatment group in the clinical experiment, the expression of IL-10is decreased in animal treatment group. But, the volume of the tumor has no difference.Conclusion:Either the clinical experiment or the animal experiment, the scarring moxibustion has the ability of improving the quality of life and making the expression of IL-10lower. In addition, different TCM syndromes are the same situation. |
