| 0bjective To systematically evaluate the clinical application offlexible ureteroscopy in China.Methods We had conducted a systematic review of literatures offlexible ureteroscope surgery published from Chinese institutions usingCNKI,WanFang,VIP,CBM,PubMed databases. All relevant articles were selected withconsensus and analyzed according to the inclusion and exclusion criteria.Results Overall,230articles from132different centers all over Chinapublished Until May2013were included in the analysis.Of which,therewere8articles of english periodical literature and222articles fromChinese academic journals.A total of7303clinical cases werereported,include6721urinary calculus cases and582urinary systemnon-calculus cases.Conclusions Compared with the developed countries,domestic flexibleureteroscope surgery started late, the overall development is slow, but inthe last5years we are happy to see a rapid development trend. In general, we are still under the beginning stage of flexible ureteroscopy techniqueapplication in urology and we need more creative innovations oftechnology and equipment and well-designed clinical researches topromote the large launch of flexible ureteroscope surgery,further toimprove the level of minimally invasive treatment in urology in china. |
