Clinical Research On Therapy Of Invigorating Spleen And Eliminating Dampness Treating Children With Henoch-schonlein Purpura Nephritis Of Dampness-heat Due To Spleen-deficiency Type

Objective:To Objective evaluate the safety and effect of invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness Treating Children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis of dampness-heat due to spleen-deficiency type, by observing the change of clinical symptoms and signs, the movement ofindex of lab before and after treatment.Methods:This study used randomized, parallel-controlled approach, total60cases of children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis of dampness-heat due to spleen-deficiency type were divided into two groups, both two groups were treated with oral dipyridamole tablets and Vitamin C, the treatment group was treated with Invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness method of TCM treatment, the control group was treated with oral Huangkui capsules, to observe two courses with four weeks in a course.To record the changes of the main and secondary symptom integral, comprehensive curative effect, before receiving the treatment, the fourth week and the eighth week., and follow-up the children four months after all courses, the data was analyed and processed by statistical methods.Results:①Comparison of the main symptom integral:Comparison of the two groups’purpura and24-hour urinary protein, the indexes in both groups were ameliorated after treatment as compared with before (P<0.05).After four weeks treatment, there was no difference between these two groups (P>0.05); But after eight weeks treatment, the treatment group was superior to control group (P<0.05).②Comparison of the secondary symptom integral:The therapeutic effects were evaluated by self-comparison of the two groups, symptoms and signs were improved in the treatment group (P<0.01, P<0.05); but there had no obvious improvement except haematuria, joint pain, diet and tongue image in the control group (P<0.05).The result of including clinical symptoms and physical signs in the treatment group was better than the control group (P<0.05).③Comparison of comprehensive curative effect: In the treatment group,7cases were completely cured, significantly improved in14cases, improved in7cases, non-effective in2cases; But in the control group, only2cases were completely cured,9cases were special effect,12cases were valid, and7cases were invalid; The effective rates of two groups were respectively93.3%,76.67%.The results showed that a significant difference by ridit analysis (P<0.01).④Comparison of recurrence rate:In follow-up, only2cases were recurred in the treatment group, and6cases in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups by Chi-square test(P<0.05).⑤Safety evaluation:Blood routine, scatologic routine, blood biochemical examination, and so on were all within normal range before and after treatment of the two groups.Conclusion:It is obvious that Invigorating spleen and eliminating dampness method has visible effect in treating children with Henoch-Schonlein purpura nephritis of dampness-heat due to spleen-deficiency type, which can control the recurrence, and it is safe and feasible, so it is worth clinical application.
