The Study Of Taking Zishen Yutai Pill And Dydrogesterone In The Stimulation Cycle Of Ovulatory Disfunctional Infertility

Objective:The first-line drug clomiphene citrate as anovulatory infertility ovulation induction therapy is widely used in clinic,but many studies have shown that in the clomiphene citrate ovulation induction cycles, the effects of the drug makes endocrine environment change,and affect corpus luteum function, endometrial receptivity and pregnancy rate.We hope that through the observation of anovulatory infertility patients with ovarian stimulation(clomiphene citrate+HMG) with Zishen Yutai Pill combined with Dydrogesterone,we will come to conclusions that Zishen Yutai Pill can improve the function of the corpus luteum and endometrial environment,improve the endometrial receptivity,improve the pregnancy rate.Methods:We randomly divided patients with anovulatory infertility, who is in accordance with the inclusion and exclusion criteria, into two groups:treatment group (Zishen Yutai Pill and Dydrogesterone) and control group (Dydrogesterone).They were treated with CC/HMG/HCG.Give the treatment group from the day of HCG administration Zishen Yutai Pill,and give dydrogesterone to the two group when transvaginal B ultrasound showed follicle was discharged after48hours after HCG injection(the occurrence of LUFS will be eliminated).Sample size is included of30people of73cycles in treatment group and30people of77cycles in control group.Comparing the BBT rising during the period of ovulation,serum E2, P levels and P/E2ratio in the mid luteal,for luteal function and endometrial receptivity of two groups.Compare their clinical pregnancy rate, pregnancy rate and abortion threatened abortion symptom.Results:1.The results showed that, about BBT rising,no much significant difference between two groups in the first stimulus cycle,(P>0.05),but with statistical significance in second and third stimulation cycles significantly(P<0.05).2.Serum E2levels were compared between the two groups of corpus luteum metaphase, E2increased slightly, but the experiment group and the control group had no statistical significance (P>0.05).3.serum P, P/E2levels in the mid luteal phase of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group. Significant difference between two groups of second and third stimulated cycles was there, compared with P and P/E2(P<0.05).4.In the experiment group,the total clinical pregnancy rate was60%and the early abortion rate was5.5%,on the other side in the control group,the total clinical pregnancy rate was46.6%and early abortion rate was14.2%, but two groups had no statistical significance (P>0.05).5.threatened abortion symptom scores of two groups were statistically significant different (P<0.05).Conclusion:Combining Dydrogesterone with Zishen Yutai Pill can promote the formation of corpus luteum and secreted more progesterone, improve the function of the corpus luteum and endometrial receptivity,and make the endometrium conducive to embryo implantation; which can also relief the symptoms of threatened abortion, and improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
