Clinical Research Of Cream Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Nourishing The Kidney In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency Crowd

Objective:to evaluate the TCM to cream nourishing kidney and clinical curative effect of kidney deficiency group, at the same time explore the cream of traditional Chinese medicine method of nourishing kidney to kidney Yang deficiency syndrome, kidney Yin deficiency and kidney deficiency syndrome in patients with recent take cream zi (3months) and forward take cream (zi)1year after the clinical curative effect, and through the observation of blood, urine routine, liver, kidney and adverse events, making preliminary evaluation to its safety. Methods:randomized, parallel study, this research adopts the block will be during the winter of2012in xinjiang ili kazak autonomous prefecture Chinese medicine hospital outpatient clinic met inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria of150patients with kidney deficiency of kidney Yang deficiency group (50cases), kidney Yin deficiency group (50cases), kidney deficiency syndrome group (50cases), are taking3months (1course of treatment) of traditional Chinese medicine cream zi. Respectively in three months (that is, the one just after the course of treatment), after12months (starting from taking cream zi) through outpatient follow-up visit or telephone return visit patients (for no on outpatient appointment) to observe the main clinical symptoms of150cases with, and respectively with taking Chinese medicine cream before AIDS do comparative analysis of the corresponding clinical symptoms. Results:(1) the cream of traditional Chinese medicine AIDS after3months and12months after the main clinical symptoms of single syndrome integral comparison:3months after treatment,3groups of patients with clinical symptoms, lumbar debility, five upset hot, cold, and cold limbs oropharyngeal drying, languid, shortness of breath and other than before treatment significantly improved (P<0.05);12months after treatment, lumbar debility, five upset hot, cold, and cold limbs oropharyngeal drying, languid, shortness of breath and other was still has the improved significantly (P<0.05)(2) taking Chinese medicine cream zi after3months and12months after the TCM symptoms curative effect comparison:kidney Yang deficiency group total effective rate was92%after3months,12months after kidney Yang deficiency group total effective rate was88%; Kidney Yin deficiency group total effective rate was90%after3months,12months after kidney Yin deficiency group total effective rate was88%; Kidney deficiency group total effective rate was90%after3months,12months after kidney deficiency group total effective rate was92%. Three groups of patients after treatment for3months and12months clinical curative effect had no obvious difference (P>0.05), no statistical difference.(3) take the traditional Chinese medicine cream zi after3months and12months after the curative effect of TCM syndrome integral index comparison:the curative effect of kidney Yang deficiency group3months after the index was63.1%, the curative effect of kidney Yang deficiency group of12months after the index is58.2%; Kidney Yin deficiency group3months after treatment curative effect index was68.0%, and12months after treatment efficacy index is67.7%; Kidney deficiency group3months after curative effect index was66.0%, kidney Yin deficiency group curative effect index56.4%after12months. Three groups of patients after3months and12months after treatment the clinical curative effect of index had no obvious difference (P>0.05), no statistical difference.Conclusion:1. The cream of traditional Chinese medicine nourishing kidney method to improve the common clinical symptoms of kidney deficiency group with good clinical efficacy.2. The cream of traditional Chinese medicine nourishing the kidney and that long-term clinical curative effect of kidney deficiency groups still exist.3. The cream of traditional Chinese medicine nourishing the kidney in the treatment of kidney deficiency group, there is no apparent adverse events, blood, urine routine, liver and kidney function not seen obvious abnormity, is a safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine therapy.
