Paul Kidney Plaster Treatment Deficiency Syndrome Kidney Yin Deficiency Clinical Observation

OBJECTIVETo observe the curative effect and safty of Baoshen'gao to treat deficiency type of kidney-yang and deficiency type of kidney-yin by point application,and search an economy safe effective method in treating that.METHODSAll 120 patients from the affiliated hospital of hubei college of TCM,conforming to the diagnostic standard,according to their typies,were divided into two groups:deficiency type of kidney-yang(Group A) , deficiency type of kidney-yin(Group B).According to the requirement of disease two groups were treated with medicine.Group A took Baoshen'gao I point application in dog-days,four to six hours each time,every ten days;Group B took Baoshen'gao 0 point application in dog-days too,four to six hours each time,every ten days; observing the difference of both curative and safe indexes between before and after treatments.RESULT1 The total effective rate of Group A was 75% ;the total effective rate of Group B was 73.3%.2 There was significant difference between before and after treatments in the total scores in group A and Group B;3 The two groups of CGN patients decrease the albuminuria and WBC counting of urine,and increase Hb.The two groups of PNS patients could decrease the albuminuria and increase Alb.The two groups of DN could decrease the albuminuria and blood sugar.They have nothing harm to kidney.The two groups of CP patients could decrease the WBC counting of EPS.especially to Group A(Group A p<0.01, Group B p<0.05).It shows that Baoshen'gao could improve the local infection.The two groups of CRF patients could decrease the albuminruia,hematruia ,Scr,increase Hb,Alb,Ccr, which indicated that it had good effect to kidney.4 There was no abnormality between before and after treatments between two groups .which indicated the Baoshen'gao was a safe and effective medicine for deficiency type of kidney-yang and deficiency type of kidney-yin.CONCLUSIONThe clinical observation indicated that Baoshen'gao had good effect on deficiency type of kidney-yang and deficiency type kidney-yin.It could efficiently improve the symptoms,decrease albuminuria, hematruia,increase Hb and ALB,improve renal function.And there was no any side effect of Baoshen'gao.Baoshen'gao was an effective ,convenient and safe medicine for deficiency type of kidney-yang and deficiency type of kidney-yin.
