The Clinical Research Of Treatment Of Acupuncture Combined With Medicine In Digestive System Diseases

Objective:The purpose of this work was to assess the evidence for effectiveness of acupuncture combine with medicine in chronic gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, functional dyspepsia.Methods:Strict inclusion and exclusion criteria was formulated. a systematic review of randomized controlled trials of acupuncture combined with medicine was performed according to the international Cochrane Collaboration.Data source:Trials were collected from CBM Database,CNKI Database、Wanfang database、PubMed Database。Data Analysis:Statistic analysis was managed by Revman5.2version provide by Cochrane organization.According th the type of outcome indes, classification variables were assessed by relative risk(RR),continuous bariables were assessed by weighed mean difference (WMD) or standardized mean difference (SMD), and the95%confidence interval (CI) was reported.Results:1. Acupuncture combined with medicine treatment of chronic gastritis:17studies, a total of2198cases were included. Data analysis indicated:acupuncture combined with Chinese herbs, moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture combined with medication applicator, point application combined with embedding, point application, acupoint injection combined with Chinese medicine treatment of chronic gastritis has clinical significance, but also statistically significant. Acupuncture combined with Western medicine, moxibustion combined with traditional Chinese medicine combined with ear pressure has clinical significance, without statistical significance.2.Acupuncture combined with medicine treatment of irritable bowel syndrome:included19studies, a total of1573cases were included. Data analysis: acupuncture combined with medication, warm acupuncture combined with medication, moxibustion combined with medication, acupuncture combined with medication applicator, point application, embedding a combination of drugs, combined with acupoint injection of drugs, ear pressure combined with medication and other treatment of irritable bowel syndrome clinical significance, but also statistically significant. Simple point injection therapy clinical significance, without statistical significance.3.Acupuncture combined with medicine treatment of functional dyspepsia:13studies includ a total of1673cases. Statistical analysis:simple acupuncture combined with medication, acupuncture combined with medication applicator, point application, injection, embedding plus drugs in treating functional dyspepsia have clinical significance, but also statistically significant. Electro-acupuncture combined with drug therapy has clinical significance, without statistical significance.Conclusion:Acupuncture combine with medicine treatment of chronic gastritis, irritable bowel syndrome, and functional dyspepsia does have certain advantages, given the quantity and quality of the included studies defects that demonstrate strength limitations. It is necessary to further develop rigorous and practical design large sample of high-quality randomized controlled trials to evaluate its efficacy.
