Reverse osmosis process has been the promotion and application of a certain degree in the Chinese medicine decoctions. Compared with traditional vacuum evaporated technique, reverse osmosis process has an advantage in low energy consumption and low cost to meet the needs of modern industry to energy saving and environmental protection.Concentration factor depends on the osmotic pressure of the concentrated solution, the osmotic pressure to the reverse osmosis process and therefore has an important impact.In this paper, a number of physical and chemical properties of selected Chinese medicine water extract of different reverse osmosis process, physical and chemical properties, material composition and changes in membrane dynamics inspected before and after the reverse osmosis process.This paper studies the content and the results are as follows:1First, select a different physical and chemical properties of three kinds of compound water extract were configured high low concentrations of three kinds of liquid reverse osmosis experiment, analyze and compare the physical and chemical parameters before and after the change from reverse osmosis and osmotic pressure, the experimental results showed that the concentration of each sample the viscosity of high concentrated solution compared with the ultrafiltrate, higher than the permeate; turbidity of the sample concentration, the ultrafiltrate concentrate was higher, without showing some regularity; each sample by a process of reverse osmosis concentrate conductivity, TDS are much larger than their respective ultrafiltrate, and each sample was reverse osmosis process, the conductivity of the permeate TDS is far smaller than the original and the ultrafiltrate, wherein the samples are at low salinity levels; each sample pH no significant change in trend, suggesting independent of pH change and reverse osmosis process itself. Sample liquid conductivity, salinity, and the physical and chemical parameters of three osmotic TDS significant correlation sample liquid and the poor correlation between viscosity, turbidity, and between the osmotic pressure and pH. In addition there are between salinity, conductivity, TDS three significant linear correlation.2To further investigate the relationship between water Chinese medicine extract and the osmotic pressure between the physical and chemical parameters, select10kinds of herbs single herb water extract, configured into five different concentrations directly measured physical and chemical parameters. The results show that has a significant correlation between the water extract of Chinese medicine conductance, salinity and TDS and osmotic pressure, and the correlation coefficient R2greater than0.9500, although the reverse osmosis process water extract of Chinese medicine has changed the physical and chemical properties, but this correlation still exists. Viscosity, pH and osmolarity and turbidity poor correlation. Between conductivity, salinity and TDS also has a significant correlation with the reverse osmosis process that changes the water extract of Chinese medicine physicochemical properties, but this correlation still exists. Thus establishing medicine membrane technology for online testing using physical and chemical means to control the new method possible.3Liquid water extract of Chinese herbal compound was characterized by patterns before and after reverse osmosis similarity analysis, and its similarity index components through rate reached90%or more (except for individual low concentration), which indicates that traditional Chinese medicine after the reverse osmosis water extract concentrated solution obtained after the process more complete retention of the original chemical properties, reverse osmosis concentrate merely played a role. The results showed that extracts of the reverse osmosis process, over time, the relative flux decreases correspondingly different herbal water, with a water extract of Chinese medicine as the concentration increases, the relative flux decreases; flux decay rate increases over time, the same water extract of Chinese medicine with the concentration increases, the flux decay rate increases; reverse osmosis membrane fouling during the total resistance increases with the passage of time and concentration and the corresponding large increase. Then selecting Sini decoction for the long time reverse osmosis process to survey the correlation of membrane flux and time, osmotic pressure and concentration ratio. Results show that the membrane flux of compound Chinese medicine extract in reverse osmosis process decreases with the elapse of time, it related to the membrane pollution. With the increase of concentration ratio, concentrate of osmotic pressure also increases accordingly, and the correlation coefficient R2is0.9955. We can transform the enrichment ratio of the liquid medicine through changing the osmotic pressure in the actual production.It provides the possibility to get different concentration ratio for reverse osmosis process.The innovation of this thesis.(1)Comprehensive survey of liquid medicine after the reverse osmosis water extraction process changes the physical and chemical parameters as well as the correlation between osmotic pressure, thus establishing medicine membrane process for the introduction of physical and chemical means of online testing, control of the new approach possible.(2)Studied Chinese medicine water extraction liquid material chemical composition before and after the reverse osmosis process, proved concentrate in water extract of Chinese medicine after the reverse osmosis process was relatively complete retention of the original chemical properties, reverse osmosis concentrate merely played a role. It is used in the production of reverse osmosis concentrate provides a practical basis.(3)From the membrane flux, flux decay rate and membrane resistance in terms of the process of reverse osmosis process dynamics to inspect for further optimization in the practical application of membrane processes have some significance.
