Different Dose Of Dezocine In Patient-controlled Intravenous Analgesia Underwent Gynecological Surgery

Objective:Through collecting the clinically relevant information and discuss different dosage of Dezocine used in Laparoscopic surgery. The purpose is to find the best dosage of Dezocine. Method:In a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled clinical trial.60patients underwent elective Laparoscopic surgery were randomly into three groups, with20cases in each group. Group A (n=20):Dezocine0.4mg/kg+droperidol5mg+sodium chloride to100ml; Group B (n=20):Dezocine0.5mg/kg+droperidol5mg+sodium chloride to100ml; Group C (n=20):Dezocine0.6mg/kg+droperidol5mg+sodium chloride to100ml. Analyses the basal conditions of all the patients, there is no difference in the three teams. The postoperative analgesic visual analogue scale at6h,12h, and24h were recorded.0=no pain,1-3=a little pain, but the patient could fall a sleep,4-7=middle pain, the patient could not fall a sleep or awake.10=Intense pain. When we start postoperative investigation, we would ask patient:on your basis of your pain, which number do you chose? Then we record the number, the effective PCIA boluses, side effects were recorded and compared. Result:There is no different in age, weight and the time of surgery.(P>0.05, F=0.667,0.716,0.898). There is some difference at6h,12h and24h in VAS score (P<0.05,F=10.72,5.16,3.59) in the three groups, the times of press had statistically significant difference in the three groups.(P>0.05, F=12.87,11.71,7.05). Prevalence of side effects in group was significantly difference in three groups. Conclusion:0.5mg/kg dezocine and5mg droperidol and0.9%sodium chloride injection was added to100ml to manufacture patient controlled analgesia is the most appropriate dose in clinical application. The analgesic effect is the best and the untoward is the least.
