| ObjectiveThis study was to show the expressive situation of proteins4.1N andE-cadherin in breast different histological appearance, we analysed therelationship between the expression of proteins4.1N and E-cadherin andclinical pathology. And to explore the expression of their relationship with thebreast carcinoma occurrence and development. To predict the clinical behaviorof breast cancer and to determine the prognosis of patients provideexperimental basis.MethodsImmunohistochemisty PV-6000was used to detect the expression ofproteins4.1N and E-cadherin in100cases of breast invasive ductalcarcinoma,20cases of intraductal carcinoma and20cases of cyclomastopathy.Western blot technique was used to detect the expression of protein4.1N in30cases of breast carcinoma and para-carcinoma tissue,15cases of breastbenign lesions.ResultsImmunohistochemical results: The positive expression rate of protein4.1Nin breast invasive ductal carcinoma, breast intraductal carcinoma and cyclomastopathy is38%,65%and70%, respectively. The positive rate ofinvasive group was significantly lower than the other two groups, the differencehas statistically significant (P<0.05); The positive expression rate ofE-cadherin in breast invasive ductal carcinoma, breast intraductal carcinomaand cyclomastopathy is41%,70%and75%, respectively. The positive rate ofinvasive group was significantly lower than the other two groups, express hassignificant difference (P<0.05).The expression of4.1N and E-cadherin exist positive correlation in breastcarcinoma(r=0.517P=0.000).The abnormal expression of4.1N and E-cadherin were significantlycorrelated with the tumor differentiation, clinical stage and lymph nodemetastasis (P<0.05), while not correlated with the size of tumor (P>0.05).Western blot results: expression rate of protein4.1N in breast carcinomawere significantly lower than breast benign lesions. The abnormal expression of4.1N were significantly correlated with the tumor differentiation, clinical stageand lymph node metastasis (P<0.05).ConclusionsThe expression level of protein4.1N is gradually reducing in breast benignlesions, breast intraductal carcinoma and breast invasive ductal carcinoma, implying that protein4.1N may play a role in the process of abnormalexpression in breast cancer; The abnormal expression of4.1N weresignificantly correlated with the tumor differentiation, clinical stage and lymphnode metastasis in breast cancer, the difference has statistically significant.suggesting that protein4.1N low expression correlated with malignant behaviorof breast cancer.The4.1N and E-cadherin proteins exist positive correlation in breast carcinoma, suggesting that the abnormal expression of these two proteins havea synergistic effect in the development of breast cancer. |
