Female Climacteric Hypertension Syndrome Type Of Traditional Chinese Medicine Composition Ratio And Quality Of Life The Differences Of Research

Objective:To observe the female climacteric hypertension each card type composition ratio and the type of quality of life, blood lipid, blood sugar between differences, preliminary understanding its inherent law.Methods:This topic were female climacteric hypertension patient212examples, from July2012to December2013, xinjiang medical university affiliated hospital of traditional Chinese medicine, hospitalized patients with high blood pressure of212patients for the syndrome differentiation of traditional Chinese medicine, classified into Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome, liver depression, phlegm resistance two deficiency syndrome, Yin deficiency syndrome, glove four card type, statistics the proportion of each kind of this syndrome, and the quality of life among syndrome integral, differences in the levels of blood lipids, blood glucose for statistical analysis.Results:(1)in212cases of female climacteric hypertension patient, Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome (47.64%), liver depression phlegm syndrome (21.70%), two deficiency syndrome cases (16.04%), Yin deficiency syndrome (14.62%);(2) the physiological state of the Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome patients, somatization symptoms, sleep, anxiety, integral working status are lower than the other three card type, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the above points between the other three card type is no statistical significance (P>0.05), sexual dysfunction, angry, or dynamic, repression, forced state, interpersonal sensitivity, hostility between points in four aspects such as card type without obvious difference (P>0.05);(3) change the phlegm syndrome in patients with triglyceride levels higher than the other three type, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05), the remaining three syndrome types between triglyceride levels have no obvious difference (P>0.05); Low density lipoprotein cholesterol (ldl-c), high-density lipoprotein cholesterol and comparison in the four card type, no statistical significance (P>0.05);(4) between different syndrome types no obvious difference was found between fasting blood glucose (P>0.05).Conclusion:(1) This study shows that women climacteric hypertension TCM syndrome types is given priority to with Yin deficiency in dry permit, embodies the special region in xinjiang under the influence of the clinical characteristic of female climacteric hypertension;(2) Female climacteric hypertension Yin deficiency in the quality of life of dry permit on the low side, virtual dry resulted in Yin deficiency endogenous dryness syndrome in patients with symptoms of menopause is aggravating, the life quality decreased obviously;(3) Change the phlegm obstruction the significantly elevated triglyceride levels than other kind of this syndrome, which can be speculated that phlegm turbidity closer relationship with triglycerides.
