| Objective : To observe the effect of Qi Mai Granule on blood pressure in elderly hypertension patients with Qi deficiency and blood stasis, and to explore its mechanism, to clarify the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in improving the quality of life of elderly patients with hypertension.Methods:All in accordance with the inclusion criteria of 60 cases, in accordance with the principle of completely random distribution, as the treatment group, control group,each with 30 cases in each. The control group was given amlodipine besylate tablets;treatment group in oral benzene sulfonic acid amlodipine tablets based while giving Yi Mai particles. 4 week 1 course of treatment, even taking 2 courses of treatment. Before and after treatment in patients with 24 hour ambulatory blood pressure were observed, clinical symptoms, signs and the quality of life index changes.Results:After 8 weeks of treatment, the effective rate was 93.3% in the treatment of hypotension group and was significantly better than the control group of Buck efficiency before and after the treatment of 73.3%. Two groups of TCM syndrome integral Yi Mai Granule group, the total effective rate of 93.4% is obviously superior to the control group,the total efficiency of 53.4%. In terms of quality of life, after treatment in treatment group than in the control group in the total score, physiological, physical, sleep status, angry or vigor, anxiety, depression, interpersonal, work status have significant difference(P < 0.05);control group quality of life improvement than those in the treatment group was not obvious.Conclusion:Yi Mai Granule has good therapeutic effect on Qi deficiency and blood stasis type of senile hypertension, clinical symptoms and signs can better improve the patients, improve the quality of life of patients. |
