| Objective:To investigate The effects of high-fluxhemodialysis (HFHD) and conventional hemodialysi (CHD) s on maintenance hemodialysis patients with the micro inflammation state and the nutritional status.Methods:The medical records and associated data of50patients cases at20-80years old in our blood purification center,which came from May of2011to November of2012.patients were divided into two groups at random,Respectively using low-flux dialyzer and high-flux dialyzer. Serum indiacators On two groups for the first time dialysis and3months after treatment, such as:hemoglobin (Hb), urea nitrogen (BUN), Creatitine (Cr), parathyroid hormone (PTH), interleukin-6(IL-6), serum c-reactive protein (CRP), albumin (Alb), β2-micro globulin (β2-MG) was analyzed by change.Record subjective global assessment (SGA), records into groups and treatment after3months of body weight, body mass index (bmi), triceps skin fold thickness (TSF), upper arm week of middle diameter (MAC) and upper arm muscle in middle weeks size (MAMC). Using vernier calipers measurement TSF MAC is measured with a flexible rule to calculate the MAMC. Results:CHD group and HFHD group for the first time through the indicators before is no statistical difference (P>0.05); CHD group3months after treatment of Cr, BUN, PTH, IL-6, CRP has no statistical significance (.P>0.05), the Alb and Hb has no statistical significance (P>0.05); HFHD group3months after treatment the BUN, Cr removal of no difference (P>0.05), the PTH, IL-6, CRP, P2-MG removal was statistically significant (P<0.05), the Alb and Hb ascension was statistically significant (P<0.05); Between CHD group and HFHD group3months after treatment of Cr, BUN has no statistical significance (P>0.05), the PTH, P2-MG, IL-6, CRP has statistical significance(.P<0.05), Hb and Alb ascend was statistically significant (P<0.05). HFHD with CHD group3months after treatment, triceps skinfold, upper arm middle diameter measured values rise, zhou was statistically significant (P<0.05), body weight, BMI, the measured value of the MAMC without statistical significance. Conclusion:Compared with CHD group,HFHD group can be more effectively remove macromolecule toxins and inflammatory cytokines, nutritional state correction of MHD patients,To significantly improve the prognosis in patients with MHD. |
