Objectives:To investigate the influences of high-flux dialysis on hemoglobin variability,micro-inflammation status, nutritional indicators and bone metabolism in maintenance hemodialysis patients.METHODS:Selected patients undergoing maintenance hemodialysis from September 2015 to January 2018 at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Nan Chang University.A total of 132 patients were included according to inclusion and exclusion criteria. The patients were classified as high-flux dialysis group(66 patients)and conventional dialysis group(66 patients),all were tested hemoglobin,High-sensitivity-reactive protein,β2 microglobulin, albumin, calcium, phosphorus, alkaline phosphatase before and after hemodialysis, and Hb of 15 minutes after dialysis. To investigate the effect of single high flux hemodialysis on hemoglobin variability(Hb-Var),micro-inflammation status, nutritional status and bone metabolism in MHD patients.Results:(1)The Hb standard deviation in the high-flux group was 7.59±4.64 g/L and the coefficient of variation was 0.09±0.11.The standard deviation of patients in the conventional group was 6.55±3.66 g/L and the coefficient of variation was 0.06±0.03.The variance coefficients of the two groups were analyzed by variance analysis,F value =7.1591,P = 0.9978,and the difference was not statistically significant.(2)The values of serum Hb and β2-MG before and after hemodialysis in the high-flux dialysis group and conventional dialysis group were 0.485 and 0.162 respectively, and the P values were all higher than 0.05,There was no significant difference between the two groups. The levels of serum hs-CRP and Alb levels before dialysis in both groups were all <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant. The levels of serum hs-CRP,β2-MG,Alb,Hb in dialysis patients after dialysis were all significantly lower than those before dialysis(<0.05).The difference was statistically significant. The P value of serum β2-MG levels after dialysis in the conventional dialyzer group was 0.227 compared with that before dialysis, and the P value was greater than 0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups. The levels of serum hs-CRP,Alb,and Hb after dialysis were compared with those before dialysis.P values were <0.05,the difference was statistically significant; The P values of hs-CRP,β2-MG,Alb,and Hb levels after dialysis in the high-flux dialysis group and the conventional dialysis group were 0.000,P value <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(3)In the high-flux dialysis group and the conventional dialysis group, the P values of serum ALP and Ca levels before dialysis were 0.593 and 0.954,respectively,and the P values were all higher than 0.05.There was no significant difference between the two groups.P value was 0.001,P value was <0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.High-flux hemodialysis group and conventional hemodialysis group had higher Ca,P,and ALP levels after dialysis. All were <0.05,the difference was statistically significant;the P values of Ca,P,and ALP levels in the high-and conventional groups were all 0.000,P<0.05,and the difference was statistically significant.(4)The correlation between serum hs-CRP and laboratory parameters was observed in 132 patients with MHD.It was found that serum hs-CRP was positively correlated with serum phosphorus(r=0.838,P=0.00)and Alb(r=-0.745,P= 0.00)Negative correlation. Conclusions:Single high-flux hemodialysis does not increase hemoglobin variability compared with conventional hemodialysis.High-flux hemodialysis has better scavenging capacity for high-sensitivity C-reactive protein,β2 microglobulin, and phosphorus, which is beneficial to HD patient.while the high-sensitivity C-reactive protein was negatively correlated with albumin, and was positively correlated with serum phosphorus.High-flux hemodialysis was better than conventional hemodialysis to remove high-sensitivity C-reactive protein, thereby further improving the patient’s nutritional status.,and bone metabolism.
